Lush Cosmetics Station Park — Local services in Farmington

Okay so normally I love shopping lush and there used to be a guy that worked there that was amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. He didn’t hover over you as you shopped but was there if you had any questions. He could get me to spend was more then I planned but I loved his personality. I went in recently with my mom. I don’t know if he was off or doesn’t work there anymore but the experience was so bad I wanted to return the few things I got. But there is no other lush around us so I didn’t. When we walked in, I went straight to the bath bombs. My mom stood where the cold products are. She says “on my gosh I love this.. can I try it on?” The younger associate say rudely I mean you can… 100s of people touched it though. I know it’s gross to touch it but I think was probably a nicer way to say it. Her tone was just disgust. As I’m shopping she girl just stares at me. I felt like I was doing something wrong. I would ask general question out loud the 2 girl associates never cares to answers them. So I gave up and grab a few them. Still being watched. When we went to check out. I saw one I wanted I didn’t buy so I ask my mom if she would get if for me the associate say “you can’t buy that it’s for private parties only” with her rude tone of voice... so at this point my mom snaps backs at her “well maybe there should be a sign”. She says back to her “unfortunately I don’t make sign that not my job.” My mom and I were takin back obviously… my mom says what? In like disbelief… the associate just repeats herself. I was to tell her you know I don’t want this anymore and I know my mom was thinking the same thing. I just won’t...

My 12 year old daughter introduced me to Lush before Christmas. I of course liked the products but it was the staff that won me over. I returned to do Christmas shopping. The products are amazing. Now with Easter coming I decided Lush would be great to add to the baskets. I called to have items held for me until later that day. As luck would have it, my youngest sustained an injury and we wound up at the ER for hours. I called and explained what happened and that I would not make it in that day. They agreed to hold the items longer. When I was finally able to go pick up my order.......... they had a very nice surprise waiting for my youngest. I was blown away by the thoughtfullness of the manager and her staff! I cannot say it enough, products sell themselves but when you add friendly, knowledgeable and CARING staff to the mix......... you win a loyal and happy customer forever!! The customer service I received at this Lush today was un real. I brought in my two young grand kids; both of which are at that age where they are constantly busy. Trina is the associate who was helping us and I can’t even begin to tell you just how helpful she was with my questions AND my kids. She was so nice and patient with my kids and kept them entertained while I was actually able to shop!! Every single employee was helpful, knowledgeable and very patient with us but Trina really stood out to me!!
