I can’t say enough positive things about this place. The service was over the top, and the craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to none.

I went in the day before my anniversary (yes, that’s on me) looking for some emerald studs. They didn’t have what I was looking for in stock so Brittany found some from one of their suppliers and had 2 options overnighted!!

Day of anniversary, stones are in! And both pairs are spectacular. Select the lucky gems, and not 36 hours later, they are mounted and look amazing!!

Brittany even lent me a box, and printed off a picture of the stones and setting so they could be opened on the actual anniversary.

David made the most beautiful custom wedding ring. I brought in rings that I inherited and based off of my personal wishes, he melted down and reshaped the metal to form my new ring. They are prompt in their communication, and even though we had a miscommunication in the beginning, the final product was exactly what I wanted. It should be noted that the mistake was the fault of no one, but instead was an accident. I had a few pieces of sentimental jewelry that I needed repaired. I knew the reputation of David Adams as an excellent designer and jewelry maker so I went to them to see if they would take my pieces in for repair. They were so warm and professional. Brittany took my pieces and said they would check them out and make the repairs. When I received them back I could visually see where they weren’t only repaired but made stronger to prevent further damage. My treasured pieces looked like new.
