I just have to talk about this incredible candle shop I visited—it was absolutely amazing in every way! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with the most inviting and comforting scents that instantly made me feel at home. The entire store smelled like a perfect blend of vanilla, lavender, citrus, and warm spices, creating an atmosphere that was both relaxing and uplifting. The shelves were beautifully arranged with an impressive variety of candles, each one more enticing than the last, with scents ranging from fresh and floral to deep and woodsy. What really stood out to me, though, was the outstanding customer service. The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, offering to help me find the perfect scent based on my preferences. They even took the time to explain the differences between soy, beeswax, and paraffin candles, helping me make an informed decision. I loved that they had sample candles burning throughout the shop, allowing me to experience the scents in action. Plus, they offered personalized recommendations and even let me mix and match different scents for a custom experience. The packaging was just as beautiful as the candles themselves—elegant jars, minimalist designs, and even some gorgeous hand-poured options that looked like little works of art. Every candle I picked up felt high quality, and I could tell they were made with care and attention to detail. I’ll start off by saying that I don’t leave many reviews but this one earned it. They offer a discount in store if you leave a 5 star review so that’s where the endless good reviews are coming from. We book a 5 person candle making experience. We walked in, were not greeted or really even glanced at. We get sat down and were told to “pick your scents and any container on this wall”, that’s it. We took time carefully picking our scents and holders. We saw that there was glitter and flowers and color and mentioned it and were told “that’s for later”. We finished pouring our candles with a /small/ amount of instruction and absolutely no conversation. We were then told it was too late to put color in and we also were not allowed to take our candles with us. All but one of us lived an hour plus away and that not mentioned at all. We left feeling quite let down with the money spent versus the experience had. A few weeks later our friend was able to go and pick up our candles, or try at least. After being given an extremely hard time about “picking up other people’s candles” and given the run around like she didn’t know what her friend’s names were, she was told one of the candles were lost and they could give “store credit” to someone who lives five hours away. Me and my husband went there for date night. Lovely place, great concept, but bad experience and bad service.

The young lady that was serving us gave ALL the instructions walking in at once. There was no walk through. I had to ask how to open the scents to smell. I’m not sure if we even did it right because there was no follow through.

If you have knowledge of pouring candles already and looking to simple just pour this is the place for you. But if you were looking for a class, or walk through instructions this isn’t the place for you.

Also the candle are VERY LIGHT SCENTED.
