Swifts has been my families hometown jeweler since the 1950's! My Mother began shopping at Swifts back in the 1950's and my sisters and I have always used them for our repairs for heirloom pieces. My sister Norma has bought some pieces from there over the years, but until November 2017, when I went in to have a lifetime battery put in one of my watches, I had never owned a piece from Swifts. But as I was walking out the door, there was a black onyx ring that called my name from the case it was sitting in. I figured there would be no way I could afford it. But when I tried it on, I just knew I was going to have to figure out a way to afford it! I had a milestone birthday that was around the corner and I REALLY wanted it and when I asked about a layaway plan, Nathan worked with me on letting me put it on layaway and paying it out. When the ring could not be sized up to the size I needed it to be, he got the manufacture to send it from Italy in my size. So I had to wait a few more weeks, but it was SO worth it! I picked it up yesterday and it is just beautiful. It needs to be sized down just a skosh, but I just could not leave it yesterday, I wanted to wear it for a day or two before I let them size it! The folks at Swifts are WONDERFUL to work with and Nathan just could not be a nicer guy. I would NEVER go any place else BUT Swifts for ALL my jewelry repair needs and certainly they have a wide selection of jewelry to buy from at a reasonable rate for high quality heirloom pieces! There is nothing like having a home town jewelry store who you and your family has a relationship with. I can not begin to say what my new ring means to me. It feels like my Mom helped me pick it out, even though she is not long here on this earth, but I know she would have wanted me to have a piece from Swifts after all these years. I am a happy second generation...

I will be a devoted customer of SWIFT’S JEWELRY from here on out! I needed all 3 wedding rings re sized..so I looked at jewelry store reviews and they had so many great ones I chose them. Nathan was wonderful! I told him I really had wanted to reset my diamond on a narrower band... he helped me so much in every aspect of choosing one... showing me how it would look on different bands....etc.. I went in on Wed., I got a call Thursday all my rings were ready! Now that’s service! He also took pictures of all my rings...gave me a copy... so I felt good about leaving my rings with them. Jessica, our sales clerk, was absolutely amazing! She listened so carefully to what I was looking for, and helped me find the absolute perfect ring. Because every other jewelry store keeps their rings in only size 7, we chose Swift's as a last ditch effort and it turned out more perfect than any other place I could have gone to. They resized my ring for me in a half hour and their jeweler was fantastically friendly. My ring is sterling silver and moon stone. It only cost about $74.00 here! Being more nontraditional, this was perfect for me. I highly recommend them to absolutely anyone looking for a ring. They are way more personal and thoughtful than their counterparts.
