Possibly the worst customer service Iāve had at a boutique. I came in a couple days ago and was completely ignored by the girls at the counter. Didnāt say hi or welcome me in. I donāt care if they are judgmental or what they think of me, but if Iām about to spend hundreds of dollars in your store, I expect to be treated well. I was walking around the store for about 20 minutes and the two girls up front couldnāt be bothered to ask me if I needed any help with anything or even look to my direction. I was looking for a birthday gift and clothes for myself and I was looking to spend around 400-500 dollars. I had accumulated a couple of things to try on and had a good armful of stuff. I had to interrupt the conversation of the girls up front to even acknowledge me. I asked for a dressing room and they said pick whichever one. Fine with me, but never checked on me or asked if I needed a different size in anything. I did need a different size in a couple things and there was no one to help me because they were too busy talking up at the counter! As a result, I didnāt buy some of the stuff I was interested in because I didnāt feel like going back and forth from the racks to get different sizes in what I wanted. Why do you even have people working there if I have to do all the work, especially at one of the more expensive boutiques in town? I spent around 175 dollars and, while the clothes were cute, the customer service really left a sour taste in my mouth.
I really regret spending my money here. I went to a different boutique just down the street and was treated so much better. Iām leaving this review because I would like the owner to know that the customer service that is provided in your store plays a part in your sales. I wouldāve spent so much more money if I felt more comfortable there. No wonder they couldnāt keep their Dallas...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI saw this large mug listed on a whole sellers site before Riffraff even had it listed.
I waited and waited and looked and looked for it, and Riffraff FINALLY put the listing up and because I had signed up for the waiting list I got the notice that it was in stock so I literally pulled over to park to nab one up quick because I knew these were going like hot cakes(ya know ālimited supplyā, scarcity mindset makes us rush to buy) and I wanted one that badly. So I was able to get my order in yay!
Well sadly my mug arrived today and the lid is completely cracked making it unusable. I promptly sent an email with photos and my order and asked for a replacement lid or mug.
I got the response that I have an online gift card and I can sign up for the restock and order them again when they come back in.
I respond asking for them to just send me another one when the come in. (I already did the waiting and the restock and all that rushing to get one)
They respond telling me āSo sorry but we canāt hold mugsā
So I bought an item that I had to rush to get because of the ālimited stockā and they sent me a damaged one so now I have to sign up again and I hope and pray I get one before they sell out? Oh and that itās not damaged again?
Terrible customer service! Just put a mug aside and ship it when you get it. Donāt make me jump through your supply and demand sales tactics AGAIN. To get what I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo many wonderful things to say about Riffraff! To begin, I've never actually been to a storefront, but have been a loyal customer for almost 3 years now - ever since they've been selling items on Facebook!
I love how brightly this company (and the amazing women who run it) shines. Not only do they sell great clothes that are always on trend, but they really do go the extra mile to make sure each customer is happy!
My favorite story with the Riffraff team is from a few years ago, when I needed a formal dress for my fiance's military ball at the VERY last minute. I was panicking as I had nothing to wear, but the Riffraff girls helped me pick out a dress over the phone, walked me through sizing, and overnighted it! I couldn't have been happier with the dress, as it fit perfectly AND matched my fiance's uniform.
Since then, Riffraff has really become part of my life - I follow them on Instagram, check the new arrivals online each morning, read the blog, and continue to order great clothes from them. I never hesitate to call with questions, and love knowing that I will always be helped by a friendly (and helpful) store associate!
I'm moving to Texas in early spring next year, and can't WAIT to visit Riffraff Dallas - and finally meet the amazing group of women that run the company (and that are responsible for the large portion of my closet that my Riffraff items fill)!
Cheers...
