The experience here deserves no stars at all. I’m not sure if this restaurant is franchised but. The staff including management were completely horrible. I Went to the restaurant and as usual they create their own hours and closed the lobby area. ( you could not walk in to order) This is done when they want to and they don’t allow customers Inside often, they say it’s due to being short staffed. I went on to order online as instructed by the sign on the door and sat in drive thru from 3:30 until 4:48 ( my food was already paid for online and I couldn’t request a refund online. As I’m sitting & waiting I’m noticing each vehicle sitting at the window over 10-15 minutes each which is ridiculous. I finally get to the window and I wait nearly 5 minutes to be acknowledged, the attendant asked my name, she retrieves my food, I check the food and it’s incorrect and it looked like a kids meal with half of the ingredients I ordered missing. I had to blow the horn to get the young lady’s attention again. She eventually came to the window and I explained my issue, it’s missing lettuce. Fajitas (onions & peppers) and the pinto beans I could literally count them. The cheese was not even visible. The light skinned young lady with very pretty curls and no hair net explained they ran out of some of the items. I then asked for my money back. She closed the window and went to discuss the issue with her coworkers, she then walked to the back of the store. She came back to the window with a school notebook and asked for my name and number and it will be back on my card in 3 to 5 business days. I said ma’am can I speak to your manager or a supervisor. Her exact response “SHE JUST GONE TELL YOU THE SAME THING” very nasty and rudely said. I asked for the manager again she slams the window and shortly after a manager with braids, dark skin and lashes on appears. I didn’t get her name but I’m sure the GM can check what manager was on duty during that time on 4/14/21. As I am explanning the food and the customer service issues to the manager she is starring off across the parking lot, rolling her eyes. I said to the manager “you all need to be trained in customer service, you as a leader of your team should address the issues and not have a team member do your management duties.” That’s poor leadership qualities.” How your addressing this now is horrible” She began to explain she was on a conference call! (Again with a rude tone and demeanor” I then asked for my money back she gave me the same story it will be back on you card in 3 to 5 business days. I asked for a general manager or corporate office number and she gave me a card with the number to the store on it. I’d like to know how exactly will my money be back on my card, as well as a direct line of contact to a store...
Read moreIve been to snail races faster than this chipotle. I had a race with my fiance to see which was faster, traveling from Fayetteville to the Chipotle in Peachtree City and back to Fayetteville, or just standing in the ever long line at this Chipotle, standing there while the employees look at you like you don't exist and they have never seen another living human before in their life and having it eerily quiet while the staff doesn't communicate with each other like its a middle school dance and no one knows one another but are forced to be there by their parents. But surprise surprise its faster to go to another city and order food and drive back. Not to even mention the fact that when you are next in line the lifeessness of the people makes you feel as if you have died and entered limbo, no, a state where time doesn't exsist and you are in a state where you exist but don't at the same time, where people are nothing but just an annoyance and means of pain and suffering as if you have entered the 7th circle of hell, violence and you talking to another living creature is just a part of your punishment because everything here leaves you as drained as diving into 7 circles of hell and having to go through various trials just to get to a 'reward'. A undercooked sloppily made burrito that would make gorden ramsey himself cry tears onto the floor of any restaurant. This branch itself needs a whole rehaul due to the fact that when i enter the store it feels like I've entered a whole new reality, please don't go to this chipotle, you will be left feeling drained and confused as you open your food once you have reached home only to find it soggy and not worth eating, but they still 9.62 (after tax) for an experience that shouldn't cost anything because of the state of limbo it leaves you in. Please don't go here. 1/5 stars because i cant do 0/5, actually this chipotle doesn't even deserve a 0, it deserves a -7/5 because of how many circles of hell down this place brings you. Thank you for coming to...
Read moreI typically LOVE Chipotle. Was super excited when I saw one was going to be closer to home. Especially after the one that I used to frequent in Morrow has become HORRENDOUS (never going back there). So when I went to this new location about about a month or so ago, I was disappointed and underwhelmed. Like others have already mentioned, if you're a regular at Chipotle you definitely notice that they definitely prepared the food (I order chicken bowls) with a light hand. Also, I could tell that my chips had been sitting a while and there was something about my food in itself that just wasn't quite right...but I couldn't put my finger on exactly what it was. I'll more than likely try them again another time, but I'll wait for a moment. Based on some who said theirs was great, it seems to be hit or miss right now.
**So I went again on yesterday. Unfortunately still very underwhelmed. I will say that the staff was very friendly and nice. But they are gonna have to get it together in terms of food. They barely put any chicken in my bowl, and I refuse to pay extra for more since the standard amount that's given at many other Chipotle's that I've gone to is an ample amount. Also, a weird thing to note was that my guacamole was so cold that it made the whole bowl taste like cold food. Obviously I had a batch that had just come out of the fridge...which I guess is better than guac that's been sitting out a long time...but it was really cold. It wasn't a vibrant green color that I'm used to either from Chipotle's guac, so I just don't know. Oh and one last thing. There was so little meat in my bowl that the hot spicy salsa looked like soup when she poured it in the bowl. I hate that there's a Chipotle finally so close to me that's not up to par. And the fact that it is new should motivate whoever is managing the place to bring it...
