that my steak looked the same in size as my mom's and thickness as well so to have 5 more oz added to my steak would have thought time sign would have been alot bigger our waiter sent the manager Ellie Sawyer to our table to explain my issue and when she came over I explained to her that my steak looked the same size as my mom's and I felt like I needed to get a whole new steak remade because of it or I could just get the same steak my mom got since the size was the same her response was I will have to charge you for that steak if you want that done and for the steak she was going to take away and replace it with so basically I was going to be getting one steak but charged for 2 even tho i had an issue with my steak now my mom and i even had a conversation on how over cooked my medium well steak was cooked and she kept blaming it oh it's char grilled when I tell you I eat at long horn on camp creek so many times and ordered my steak and if it ever was wrong in any way they would show great customer service but not Ms. Ellie she decided that she was going to argue with my mom about how I didn't explain to her that my steak was overly cooked and that would be a different story but I was so fed up with her response of her saying that I was going to be charged $26 for the outlaw steak that wasn't served to my expectation and a steak that was $21 that I wanted in place of the one I was dissatisfied about smh I will not be going to this location any more because I felt like she did not go above and beyond with the position she have. She tried to even say have a nice day to cover up how she treated us at the table which was a very fake gesture she defiantly needs to be retrained on her customer service skills and by the looks of it her staff look like they feel the same way. Very unprofessional experience I encountered today. Look at the pictures below my mom had ate off some of her steak and you can see mines with the bone and you decide on what should have took place. Last bit not least others wanted to complain about their entry to but how I was treated everyone will be contacting the corporate office .

It took over 15 minutes once we were seated at our table just for our server Ericka to introduce herself & take our order. After we placed our order we had to wait an additional 20 minutes just for Erika to come back to our table with 1 out of 2 of the drinks we ordered, which by the way was served in a to-go plastic cup and Erika informed us that the 2nd drink choice was out of stock. ( Corona) I had to choose a different drink & Ericka took an additional 15 minutes to bring the 2nd drink to our table. We were given bread and butter & had to use the same plastic utensils Erika provided us with to eat our steaks, we also had to cut the bread with the same plastic utensils. We were not provided with any napkins, we were provided with cheap plastic utensils, the same cheap packaged plastic utensils that are provided to students in public schools, we were given that same $h!t to use to eat our Ribeye steaks & bread with. Our server Erika notified us that we had to use to-go cups & plastic utensils because there was no glassware or silverware available. I looked around the restaurant & saw that everyone else was provided with glassware & silverware, I also saw other servers bringing out silverware & glassware to other customers at other tables after we were told that there was none available. I asked another employee to send the manager to my table, the manager named A.J. came over & I explained to A.J. what occurred, A.J. apologized & asked us if we wanted him to provide us with silverware & glassware. I notified A.J. that after the horrible service we just experienced, we wanted to report it so that it could be addressed. We canceled our order after waiting almost an hour at the table & we left after speaking with A.J. who by the way should've been able to do more than just offer to provide us with silverware & glassware. ( the food we ordered never got to our table either) Poor service & poor management at this LongHorn steak house & a horrible experience. We were celebrating our belated birthday and didn’t like the service. Bald guy with the glasses was extremely rude & dismissive he left out the steak sauce to my uncle steak that cost $30 smh which wasn’t cooked all the way through as you see on the picture. The meal was $125 and my mother gave Makenzie $140. She was not given a $15 dollar tip for her service she didn’t deserve 15 cent so that would be considered THEFT for not returning the change to the table and keeping it to herself. We will be reporting this higher than this location because you don’t STEAL from anyone. She did not return the receipt either or a copy to sign. We will not stand for this. This night crew was terrible to say the least BEWARE. What goes around comes around you will lose more than that . You don’t just take people money!

I get that we came at 8:45 and they were expecting to have a free night but the service was piss poor. I live around the corner and decided to give this place a second chance. Once again my order was incorrect and I did not get what I asked and paid extra for. I called at 4pm and spoke to Kaylin on October 1st. I had 4 orders each with full baby back ribs, 2 sides and I paid extra for 3 breads bc she told me I would get 1 free. I also asked to make sure I get an extra bbq sauce for each baby back rib being that the sauce is always dry. I also mentioned to make sure I get my butters for the bread. She assured I will get everything I asked for. At 4:40pm I called to make sure my orders were ready and they said they were. I once again told the gentlemen on the phone to make sure my order was correct and that I get all the condiments I asked for. He said okay. I arrived 10 minutes later and called to let them know I was at pickup #2. I spoke to a young girl and she said it's on the way. I waited and no one came out. This was the whole reason why I called before I left the house to make sure my food was ready. I called again and it was Kaylin and I told her I've been waiting outside. I also reminded Kaylin to make sure my order was correct and my condiments were in the bag. The reason why I keep reminding them of this is bc my last time with there my food was wrong. Kaylin told me herself she was bringing it out. I waited another 10 minutes and had to call back. This time another girl answered and said Kaylin left and she never marked something to say I was outside. Finally a young gentlemen came out with an attitude and just slang my bag to me. He handed my receipt and told me to sign it. After I signed it he just jerked my receipt. He was a skinny young gentlemen. The nerve of someone having an attitude when they made me waited. I usually checked my food before leaving but I was so upset I left. I come home and guess what, after reminding them 3 times to make sure my order was right, it was not! I had 4 orders for full size baby back ribs, 2 signature sides for each order and a bread for each one. They made me pay extra for 3 breads and 1 was free. First 2 of my orders of full size baby back ribs were half burnt! It was black and crunchy! They shorted me 1 bread when I had to pay extra for them. I had no butter so I had to use my own from home. No bbq sauce for none of my orders when Kaylin told me I will get 1 with each. The ribs were half burnt and extra dry. I paid $121.23. We are 3 seniors out for a late lunch.Since all the Mexican restaurants were very busy for cinco de mayo, our 2nd choice was Longhorns in Fayetteville. I have to admit, I was very hesitant about eating at Longhorns due to a past experience about a year ago at a different location. The menu selections were very high in price! Luckily, I had a gift card for $50. The waitress was very patient with us as we took our time deciding. Finally, we placed our order, all three ordering differently. When our food was served, we were very pleasantly surprised! My husband ordered salmon and loaded baked potato with the works! (Not realizing it came with rice) The salmon was cooked perfectly! Very flavorful! A friend ordered the baby back ribs half order and loaded baked potato. She loved them! Very tender, falling off the bone practically and flavorful! I order grilled shrimp and loaded baked potato (again not realizing it came with rice) The shrimp was presented on skewers. Cooked perfectly, very tasty! The rice was very good. I could detect a little spice in it! All 3 of us had a loaded baked potato. Now this is why I rated the food a 4. The baked potatoes were not very hot. I like my baked potato piping hot. All of our potatoes were barely warm to melt the butter. The server brought additional bread. Now, the bread was delicious! Piping hot! I rated the service as a 4. Here's why...the server seemed nice. She only filled our glasses once. When the food was served that was when we asked for additional bread. Once the bread was brought to the table and a refill of water. She did not return back to check on us. When we finished our meal, she did not suggest dessert. She cleared the table and handed us our bill. Too our pleasant surprise, our bill for 3 people was not bad at all! (Yes, I had a gift card that went towards the bill) However, $58 plus the tip, eating delicious entrees was great! I want to end by praising a woman with long blond hair at the front. She is very pleasant! On the way out, we spoke to her. My husband was at the door about to go out said "God bless you!" She must've read the word on his hat. "Jesus".
