I came 4 times in June & July during Mo-Fri lunch service. Everything was excellent. My friends and family had excellent service several times as well. My 5th time going was around dinner time, 4pm on a Saturday. Service was excellent but the food was tastless and greasy. No home seasonings and spices could help. I assumed that the main cook was off or had a moment.
I didn't want to file the survey until it was done better. So I called about my complaint to the manager who took my name asked me to "come back" and he'll replace it.
Each time I considered going that location, I remembered that bad taste. Instead I went to Lovejoy and Camp Creek Market Place and Hans across from Greenbriar Mall, Atlanta 30331 (No MSG)
On October 4th, I called ahead to notify the manager that I was coming. Why? To avoid embarrassing delays. However the same manager said I waited too long to come back He asked my name and seemed to remember my order. He said that he didn't it in his book: [Bigger Plate -Black pepper chicken, peanut pepper chicken (kung pao), shrimp walnut upcharged by $1or 2, and pink lemonade.]

Read moreWas this location hit or miss? Many times you don't ever know what you will experience at a familiar chain location, especially in Fayetteville. This one was a major hit! I ordered through the drive thru and noticed signage they were out of many sauces(soy, teriyaki, etc.) due to supply shortages. The very apologetic employee reiterated the shortages and was very patient and kind when I asked her to repeat what was available, multiple times. The wait for the three cars in front of us was very short. The employee was very pleasant and kind and promptly took our payment and gave us our order. The packaging was intact and no food was spilling out. All utensils, napkins, and fortune cookies were right in the bag where they should be. The food was hot and fresh and had very good flavor. The rice was cooked perfectly(which sometimes isn't the case at many Panda restaurants) and the to-go container, to my son's approval, was surprisingly nice and full. We have all had to deal with shortages and delays over the last couple of years and I do not feel that something out of the control of the franchisee should mar the rating of the restaurant. Read moreThe construction and design of this location locks you into the drive thru so you have both choice but to wait for your turn at the window. When I arrived, there were only 2 cars in front of me in the line. Its completely unacceptable for this location to have me waiting in a drive thru line for 24 minutes because of the "customer in front of me" shrimp order. I asked the cashier to ask the manager on duty if I could receive my order (a single kids meal) complimentary due to the hold time. The cashier stated that the manager Sohkleng was unwilling to do so. This is poor customer service that would have not been necessary if they had simply parked that one customer in the vehicle in front of me who was patiently waiting on shrimp. Instead, the line had grown to become wrapped around the building and there was no concession for the one customer who had been forced to wait all this time. I would have driven off if I could have. I dont appreciate that or the feeling of low customer appreciation. The least they could have done was given my food for free.
