Been coming to this local place for a long time and it's great overall. I usually get a large Smokin Joe with the jalapenos and it's always on point. The half bakes, pizza, and homemade chips are all great as well. The three stars are because it's been harder to want to come here over the past couple years mainly due to pricing and a nitpick about the speakers that play music. It's $21 before tip for a large sandwich and drink. Most of my friends think I'm crazy for coming here every few weeks solely because of the price. A soft drink is almost $4. I know everything is getting more expensive and I could just drink water, but come on. And they have a credit card fee that adds another couple bucks. As for the speakers, I enjoy sitting out on their amazing patio, but there appears to be an electrical or speaker problem because the music has been choppy and speeds up and down almost constantly. It's hard to enjoy a nice Fayetteville day when there's popping and starting/stopping music blaring. I mentioned this to someone LAST summer and they still haven't done anything about it. Would love to rate higher, but for now I can't.

Unfortunately, I had a very underwhelming experience here. It took 20 minutes to be seen by a server, and over an hour to receive our orders of simple sandwiches. There were only two of us in our party, and we had both order their daily special of a turkey or ham sandwich and soft drink. I do believe that their drink machine was not working correctly as drinks were flat. Sandwiches themselves were simply okay, nothing of note. The prices don’t feel like they match the quality of products they provide.

A simple sandwich shop. I didn’t find it any overwhelming, but pretty decent one. We visited late in hour, while just before it was closing. The staff were nice however, was rushing for the closing. Pretty understandable, no hard feeling. There was no customers except us. Again it was late in hour. I ordered an Italian sandwich, whereas my husband ordered a salad. Both the dishes were fine, and decent, nothing extra ordinary tho.

been around since before loafin joes was called loafin joes. before that name change in the 90s it was called sub station. the food has not changed since the 90s as far as taste. the prices on the other hand have changed last time i visited the chips seemed a little thin, almost like they dont make them anymore like they used to and just bought store bought chips and re fried them. they werent as thick as before and you couldt tell if they were home made like you used to be able to. NOW there is a 4 percent charge if you use a card. and you get a "discount" if you pay with cash. i dont really support businesses like that anymore. especially since loafin joes used to not do that for decades. if i go back at all it will be a long time until i return. the service depends on which type of college student you get. some are decent some are not. very rare to get an awesome one that can handle more than one table at a time with multiple orders. but thats where my tips or lack of tips reflect bad or good service. its not a chain sandwich shop, its a little better than sub way, but not worth the price anymore. especially since i can remember when the subs used to be cheaper for the same product. i know prices change over time but someone is putting kids through college with those prices and im barely making it in this...

If I could leave a ZERO star review I would. I ordered a sandwich and their potato salad for lunch, through Grub Hub and was definitely charged for both items. However, once I received my order dropped off by the driver, I notice I did not have my potato salad, nor was it on the receipt from Loafin Joes, meaning it was their mistake. I called and the owner actually answered, Joe, but as I explained my problem, his actual response was "I'm sorry, called Grub Hub and have them refund you, or call Grub Hub and see if they can get another driver out here, because I am too busy to have any of my drivers deliver it to you." So they are too busy to correct their own mistake and to take care of their own customers??? I called back, after trying to go through Grub Hub and got a waitress this time, as I was explaining my problem, she literally told me, as well, "to call back after 1:30 to speak with Joe, I am too busy to talk." I was so taken aback, I didn't know you could speak to customers that abruptly, honestly. This place apparently does not take care of their customers, nor care to correct their own mistakes. Careful if you order from here and God forbid they mess up, because they won't correct it for...
