Aspen Meadows Townhomes — Local services in Federal Heights

I was here this past summer 2017, I spent the night at a Condo. I was not impressed. I did not like the design. I don't like two story. The stairs were situated along the kitchen, when they could have designed it to come down the entry in front of the kitchen, saving space and allowing more kitchen cabinets. Entry short small hall on the south of the kitchen, stairs on the north of kitchen UGH! wasted space. at minimum they could have allowed storage or pantry under stairs as they exist. I did like the open concept of the kitchen, but hard to define what should have been a good dining area. Furthermore, my friend kept complaining of the covenants and how many they were, they did not allow...

Doesn’t have any visitor parking, so while working as a delivery driver through Uber Eats, I parked, dropped off the food, and came back to my car being towed in a matter of less than 3 minutes. I can’t get ahold of anyone from the complex to help me with this issue either. Number listed on google is dead end. They had signs posted warning about getting towed if you don’t have a permit, but the signs were blocked, so don’t make the mistake I did by thinking it was visitor parking. I have been here for 3 nights house sitting and dog sitting. 1st nobody cleans up after their dogs. There is dog poop everywhere. For the 3rd night in a row now there is loud, very loud activities going on at night. It is after 10pm and I guess this is the perfect time to use snow shovels to clean up the roads. It has green going on for over an hour. I am going to say that it snowed maybe 2 inches. MAYBE. All that will happen now is their actions are going to cause ice to be in those spots in the morning.
