As a dweeby little freak, I gotta say I've been to quite a few game stores, and I can say honestly that Level 7 is not only a wonderful hang out spot with great coffee and a wonderful staff, it's also a constantly evolving, well stocked shop for games, cards, dice, and other various nerd stuff. I've been a pretty consistent regular to this location for about 2ish years now, and I can say in full confidence that you are going to find something fun every time you visit. I put a picture of (most of) my pretty modest collection (not to flex, cause not only is it modest, it's also a constant reminder of poor financial responsibility lol) and I can say pretty confidently that about 75 to 80% of this is from this shop. You can totally find more common standard stuff pretty consistently, but they also have an awesome collection of rare gems to add to your own. (I've picked up the Virtual Boy, Earthbound, Sonic Adventure 2, and many more there for equal or less than eBay standard pricing) They also feature a pretty extensive list of modern titles to buy new or used, and just about any console you could want (save for the super rare ones, the Virtual Boy was based sheerly on luck for me). It's where I got my SNES, GameCube, Saturn, 360, and more. They also have modded stuff done in house with a partner company, which is super cool if that's your type of thing. If you enjoy the art form of gaming, are engaged by the history, or just want to find some old classics from your childhood, I could not recommend this place enough. That said, they removed the Pumpkin Hill, and for that they will never be forgiven. Smh. (I kid, of course. Honestly, the changing coffee menu is one of the cooler things about it)

Level 7 Games is hands-down one of the best retro game stores I’ve been to. I’ve brought in a wide variety of trade-ins over time. Everything from PS2 and OG Xbox games to GBA and GBC carts, and I’ve consistently gotten great store credit value in return. Even when they pass on certain items, they always give a clear and fair explanation why, which I really appreciate. The staff here are genuinely knowledgeable and easy to talk to, especially if you’re deep into the modding or collecting scene like I am. Whether it was picking up a Wii U or scoring a 2016 Electric Blue 2DS, I’ve had nothing but great experiences. If you’re into retro games, mods, or just want to support a local store that actually knows what they’re doing, this is the place.

If there was a more creative way to repurpose a bank, I have not seen it. This place is cleverly utilized for gaming of all kinds. Right into the store's front end you got a variety of figures, gachapon, and little nicknacks of all sorts of stuff. From anime to games, you name it. Dead center is all your new games behind a counter with a plethora of classic stuff in the counter cases. Around the side you got card games, and they even used the old vault for the most treasured of game finds! Upstairs is also where they host card tounaments, so sadly I wasn't able to scope it out since they were in a middle of one. Big, varied, and a must stop for game entheusiasts of all kinds. Brought out the inner gobbo joy!

I used to absolutely love going here and actively recommended it to others. After my last two visits, I can confidently say I'll be advising against it from now on. The male workers act as if it is a burden to have to help a woman. I watched them be enthusiastic to interact with and meet male customers, then use as little words as possible when I was asking to look at cards. When I asked to look at specific damaged cards in a display case, the worker took them out, didnt hand them to me, and immediately started adding up my total. I had to explicitly tell him after that I wanted to look at them and didn't know if I wanted to buy them yet. When I chose which cards I wanted to buy, the employee helping me put two cards into a thin plastic bag WITHOUT individual sleeves on the cards, one of which was $25. They were unsleeved, rubbing against each other in the plastic bag that was way too big for all the cards, leaving room for them to move around and become scratched. The two male workers that helped me barely spoke to me after engaging with other customers, continued to engage with male customers after our interaction, and were unhelpful when I asked about where I could find Pokémon cards. Both the workers smelled very strongly of BO, which hits you like a wave when you walk in the doors. I'm truly disappointed in my recent experiences and am surprised at how downhill this formerly incredible...

I was a faithful friend and customer so I thought. I have sold thousands of dollars of cards to them and after everything they tried to say that I stole from them and the funny thing is I really didn't take anything the lil guy with glasses and mustache called me a thief a POS without hearing me out or showing me the video. But called the cops I left because I had a warrant for traffic. It just really hurt my feelings to be called all of that and belittled and like it wasn't hard enough for me to fit in because of the way I look Us California's we stick out like a sore thumb. So I sent my wife so she could sell some of her cards and they kicked her out because she is black or because she's my wife. It should not matter because the issue the little guy has with me should not reflect on anyone but me. So with this story I am sharing I just would like to thank level 7 for the motivation to start my own store In this hobby there is a huge difference between people this is why the way people look shouldn't matter. You look at the person's hobby that's the only difference between people is there hobby. I really want to pursue a lawsuit but that not what I'm looking for I just would like a an apology. To the owner please review the video and you can clearly see I sold you guys my cards and never touched anyone else's stuff or hid it under my folder like I'm accused...
