It is extremely disappointed to find out the level of poor customer service and very low ethics in the three employees at this location. I purchase a set of spark plugs for my 2004 Trail Blazer three days ago and today I desire to star replace them when I was at the third one I notice that what they originally have donât match the new ones. Well, I call and I double check their mistake and I have nothing other but to paid Uber and go (8 dollars each way)
Starting with Miss. Cheyenne, she mention not exactly as an apology but she said that because the way they are stock is confusing sometimes to take the right one so thatâs supposed happened ( but still she didnât apologize) Then she brought me the ones are supposed for my car base on the price that I paid the first time, and I said that the size of the length of the tread of the original and the one she want me to get is different. Then she said that the one I need is more expensive ($5.00 vs. $8.00) so if I want to paid the difference, and I said absolutely not, because you guys made a mistake in the first place not mentioned the difference on price and originality so it wasnât my choice from the beginning and also you guys make me paid Uber because of that I donât want to paid extra!!! I ask to speak with the manager and she said that she was the I keep my discussion when the real manager shows âMr. Hector Garciaâ and he just ask for my receipt and I said that I didnât have it and the guy that I purchase it after I identified him hi said âno I didnât sale those to youâ then I said you put in my score points card the purchase, and Mr. Hector said that it will not show because it was only spark plugs so he didnât even want to try that. So I just bought the ones that I need and ($50.00) and I left because I have my car in the middle of the work and I need my car other wise I will not buy anything but this is not about the money but what the issue represents!!!! They lost a customer that I being loyal customer for so long for a unprofessional attitude for all the employees and my advise is to consider from now and then to double check what this specific people offer to you because apparently their mistakes become yours and they donât face their accountability in business!

Went back to give this store another chance and am happy to say that the 2 times i have been back the customer service was amazing the same lady that there was an issue with was awesome she went above and beyond helping me .i cant ever remember her name but when i go back in ill put it here ..i really appreciate the exceptional service you have got my business back for sure ..................................................
.horrible customer service everyone time I go in there . they don't like helping you and have bad attitudes. won't be returning .. save yourself the trouble and go a few blocks to the O'Reillys.So I decided to come give this location another shot ,prices are good and I know in this industry management changes employees come and go etc. So for the past about a month or so I have been back as a customer . Paul has been awesome . Tonight I came In to return/exchange brake pads the lady that was assisting me for some reason had an attitude . She was very dismissive and didn't seem to want to help me . Instead of going over the options of parts like yall normally do she goes and gets brake pads but not the ones I wanted . Which she would of known if she took the time to properly listen to what I was asking for . Between her not listening and having a bad attitude I decided to take my refund and leave . If it wasn't for Paul I wouldn't even be considering coming back here again . I don't know if she was having a bad night but that is no excuse for how she was being towards me.your employees are an extension of you and your management . This shop is always CLEAN, ORGANIZED, and the service is from knowledgeable and competent people.
Chayanne is working like she runs the place, and yet she's just a 'regular' employee. Always goes above and beyond, has the right answers, and is managing the phone, directing the new employees, and handling the customer service desk (plus transfers to other shops) like a boss.
I had a faulty alternator which I replaced with an AutoZone brand in my 06 Tundra. That alternator seized up after two days and fried my belt, and then shorted out and drained my battery to flat zero (no hope of recovery). Fortunately, I bought all three from this shop, and Chayanne warranty replaced all three parts (Alternator, belt and battery) at the same time. I was able to get back home and re-replace the alternator, belt and battery. Up and running, same day, no issues (so far).
The senior employees also speak Spanish and run the show for our latino community which is refreshing.
Thank you AutoZone team at this location for always having what I need, managing the store so well, and never blinking when I needed real help.
