   Read moreI moved out to colorado 2 months ago and my girlfriend showed me this place and i liked it so much i even bought their jacket. One bud tender stands out from them all and if you shop here you know who he is haha. Anyway...since shopping here i have came across two situations. First time about a few weeks ago i pulled up like usual and came inside and provided my I.D. I was told to go retrieve my girlfriends ID that was in the parking lot waiting in the car....and the second situation kinda threw me off about this same manager....he told me that one of his bud tenders said they thought i had been there already (exclusive has a one time a day rule) which ended up turning into they were sure they seen me...when no bud tenders even seen me because they never came into the waiting room and there were like 10 people in there also. He then told me my ID wasn't scanning so he couldn't accept me anyway and was very rude about it... I then call to try and figure out the problem to resolve it because i definitely never came that day and the manager then changed it to that my id was already scanned into the system so he knew i was already there....so then i asked him how is that even possible if my id doesnt scan? I come here every day...and he got mouthy with me and told me it was the end of the conversation and hung up. I recorded some of it. I dont know...i really like this dispensary but i feel like some of their employees have some type of anger hate issues. Would love to hear back from exclusive. Stay...
   Read moreTried this dispensary out tonight for some variety and they have a product I like that my normal dispensary doesnât. Whoever was working the desk tonight (9/16/23) around 6:30pm needs to learn some customer service and basic manners. I walked in and said hello, and informed her that I had an online order when I handed her my ID. Not once did she even look up or acknowledge that I was even there. About 30 seconds later, she grabbed my ID and still without looking up at me and said you can go sit down now. I waited in the lobby, it was a little bit busy. I waited for about 10 minutes and then she called the last two gentlemen in the lobby that came into the lobby after me back before me, and then looked at me and said oh yeah, I guess you can come back too. I then waited in the back. Once I was called up, I let them know I had an online order and that I had also informed the girl upfront when I checked in. He got my online order, I paid, and then, without explaining why he just took my receipt and stickers into the back for another five minutes and then came out and just said sorry with no explanation.
