It's been a long time since I have known a pawn shop that I could go to, feel welcome and appreciated, for my business. It's been even longer since I had a pawn shop I could go to when I needed cash or wanted to buy something for (what I know is) a really good deal. Well, I don't have to look any further because EZ-Pawn on 90th and Federal in Federal Heights, Colorado is now my go-to place. Every time I've needed a little extra cash, they have given not only a fair offer but, some extra cash.
During the holidays last year I bought a few different items for my family. On one specific occasion Larry, a gentleman of impeccable service and character not only helped me get what I needed but, he also dropped the price of a ring for my wife lower than the already low listed price! With a quick approval from manager Georgia (a wonderful person with a refreshing candor and demeanor of a polished customer service professional) I had the gift with time to spare.
During a few different visits I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Chris, a consummate enthusiast of many things from speakers to stock commodity prices. Chris knowledgeably and cheerfully obtained my loan of cash, at what I knew was a fair for my items, plus some extra. Not once trying to low-ball me and have me borrow more than I wanted or needed to repay.
Victor, Lawrence and other young men (Joey and Juan) have helped me get exactly what I wanted for my video game consoles. Both with the knowledge, energy and excitement of Top-GameStop employees
All in all, I can say with truth and sincerity and without any type of endorsement whatsoever.    Read moreZero Stars,this is why, I brought in my stand up craftsman tool box because I was desperate and as with a lot of people needed money fast! It is a $3000.00 box needed $150.00 for bills. They said I needed more collateral, so I brought in my $200.00 power glow 300 Bluetooth speaker which gave me the rest $$ I needed. When I came to pay my pawn it took 45 min To bring my tools & speaker up........here's the problem , when I arrived home I found someone broke key off on bottom cabinet so I could not open , and my power glow speaker which was only 2 weeks old . Does NOT HOLD CHARGE. When I came in to ask what happend I was told "WE DON'T TOUCH OR MESS WITH YOUR PROPERTY well I know how you can drain a nice expensive Bluetooth speaker so it won't keep a charge , and as for my tools if I didn't break key off my own tools then who's responsible for my loss....... REMEMBER IF I WOULDN'T HAVE PAID ON TIME GUESS WHO GETS MY TOOLS....SO please someone tell me" WHERE IS THE FAIRNESS??? Yes I called their corporate ph and was told "oh we WILL call you back!!!??? AND NO ONE HAS And yes that's a minus star......... Will it be there almost a year later and they still not resolved the issue they haven't responded back to me they told me to send him an email and I did all of it and they have done nothing about breaking my toolbox and my Bluetooth speaker they have not offered me anything and they're just ignoring me now so if I was anybody I would not go to this EZ pawn ever I know that if you don't pay on your pond they keep your stuff but they also go through it and they also play with it and they break it and then they say we didn't do it so there you go EZ pawn I have no faith in you and I'll never use you again and thanks for not responding as I...
   Read moreUsually a decent experience here, but today âGregâ the actual store manager helped us and from the moment we walked in he was very rude , no greeting in fact I tried to initiate the conversation with â how are you doing today â? Which we received a very bah humbug â ok I guess â. No asking us how we are , not one smile and shot down EVERY item except two things out of a plethora of things we hauled in ⌠If we didnât. Know any better I do believe he was making fun of all our items mumbling âhow old â everything was to the point of making us feel stupid and we were obviously wasting his precious time- One of our items which was a expensive modem, he refused to let us use one of the cords that was already on display since ours was misplaced, he said no, it would be a waste of time because he couldnât test it? Which didnât make sense because the cord was coming off of another modem that was on display in their store? So how did they test that one?
