Amazon Fresh Pickup - Kent — Local services in Kent

Canceling my prime. Too many miss delivered orders in the past 10 months. My address is clear as can be in google maps. 1:4 packages get delivered to a random address across the street.

Forced restocking fee paid by the consumers. Sorry Amazon but this was a loosing point for me. Why should a multi billion dollar company make the consumers take the hit? I might return 2 things a month due to them being defective or due to shoddy reviews and I get docked up to 20% of my return for it. Yea thanks.

Too many fake five star reviews miss leading consumers into buying garbage that they other wise could of avoided.

20-50-200% mark up on prices by some vendors. This is dishonest and people fall for it all the time.

Fresh is not fresh. I am done with amazon fresh orders as I end up tossing out the bulk of my orders. Salads, soups, tv meals... all 1-2 days from expiration. Very short 2-3 day window for returning grocers and you're limited to the 10 a month return. No longer supporting fresh.

Security guards are racist. They don’t tell people of certain race to bring their carts in or park in legal spots but tell other people. People are using multiple phones to pick up orders on the accounts that don’t belong to them but there are no checks or anything. Especially after the lady using someelse account in different state that hit and ran children...

the guy who work here great but dont go here to drop anything off they cant take it i call amazon before i came and they also said yes u can go so i did and wasted gas so now i got to go to fed way in wa due to this is not for dropping...
