I’ve been to this nail shop a few times to get dip powder. It’s not the newest or cleanest but my dip nails always last. Recently I went in the morning hoping to avoid the busier times. I was greeted by a woman who was clipping her toes nails in one of the pedicure chairs. I told her that I wanted to get a dip polish change and repair of cracked nails. She came over to get started on my nails and I asked her if she planned to wash her hands since she was just cleaning and clipping her toe nails. She claims she did but I didn’t see or hear that happen and if she did it must’ve of happened quickly while I was picking out a color. At any rate, I pointed out the nails that were cracked before she started with the dip and asked if they needed to be fixed before the dip and she said no, the dip powder should be enough to repair. I knew this was a lie but figured she was the professional so I trusted her. 3 days later my nails started breaking while I was doing the simplest things e.g. doing laundry, putting on my seatbelt etc. 7 days later this is what my hands look like. These are my real nails and they have never cracked like this. This is so painful because they are cracking at the nail bed and bleeding. I paid way too much for this to be happening. I thought I found a new nail shop but now I have to find another one. Apparently, she is a newer tech under the...
Read moreA few times I made an appointment over phone and when I came, they told me that I don't have it. Last 2 times I specifically asked not to forget to put it on the schedule. Guess what - I came today and my name was NOT on the list again! One time I came in person to schedule an appointment for evening, but when I came later, the lady, I made my appointment with, said that she can't take me, because her relative showed up and she needs to take care of her. This is incredibly rude! They could call me and cancel my appointment, but no. I waited on appointment just to find out that as a client I'm not important. I stopped to come here. Today I gave them another chance, but I shouldn't. I was able to do my nails with the different lady, but the fact my name was not on the list again didn't make me happy. It's really frustrating, because girls doing an awesome job, I love the results .. unfortunately customer service is horrible!!!! If you value your time, this...
Read moreWhile driving home I glanced at my hands on the steering wheel and my nails were all different shapes an dirty. At the same time I was passing a Nail Store called Perfect Nails & Spa. Did a U-turn into a new life experience? First thing I noticed was it did not smell like I thought a nail salon might smell (like chemicals). Being a guy, I did not know how/or if I would fit in. The relaxing atmosphere, was calming with friendly welcoming banter. They asked what I wanted done, and I remember saying, just trim the nails. I was introduced to new terms, like manicure (mani) and the many different ways that nails could be done. I was impressed with how sanitary the environment was, and with the threat of Covid, it was reassuring to see high standards. Great customer service, great management and to top it off, I fell in love with the experience. Thank you Leslie and Team....
