Update 2 weeks later. Filled out online form as response suggested... Still have not had a response. I check every day. During day service has improved and can get a shake but I have been working graveyard. I go back to swing shift tomorrow and will see if anything has changed and if I really now can get the entire menu 24/7 as advertised and will update again...
It seems like I'm always giving Jack in the box one star reviews... And after my deal with the bank I went through all of mine to make sure I'm not being just negative... And nope... If I love your stuff I'll give 4-5 stars every time.... And as much as I love Jack in the box food... Their customer service is so horrible I feel the need to contact the manager this time....
The bottom line is J'n'B's food has gotten so pricey I expect a certain level of quality and service with the food. I don't move paying for it as long as the service meets the price.
Their big thing is supposed to be you can get the entire menu 24 hours a day, 7 days a week... Whatever you want that they offer is available.
Tonight, at 4:34 am I pulled in and asked for an Oreo shake. And like every other night, and most days, I was told the shake machine was down.... Not till 5am like usual.... Oh noooo.... This new guy, after ignoring me for several minutes to talk or whatever with the only one customer in front of me thinking I couldn't hear.... Finally came back to say that shakes are not available till 8 am. Not because it's broken or down.... Just he's not running the shake machine till eight.
And then to top it off... Before started my truck as it's quite loud...I told him as much money as I spend here weekly I'm not ordering anything else if he's too lazy to do a simple job he's paid to do and lying about the reason (I've worked fast food, I'm not ignorant to the inner workings of it,)...
No, this guy suggested that if I really wanted a shake so badly I should drive to Denny's and get one from them.
Thanks bud... But if I wanted a shake from Denny's I would have stopped there, or Sheri's and gotten a shake and pie. But no, I wanted a Jack in the Box Oreo shake and your novel approach is what got you this one star review and a call to the day shift supervisor to let them know why it is up.
But thank you for your suggestions sir... Next time I'm across town by the other Jack (which was down completely and couldn't take orders so this was my second try) since I have to drive by all of them to get to you and home.... Maybe I'll take you up on your wonderful suggestions for dining at your competition.
And that's why this one gets one star... No service, bad story, and a suggestion to dine at the competition.... If I could get a shake just one night I've tried in the last year I'd let it go... But I can't think of one delicious late night shake and this is one shakeless...
Read moreThis evening, I paid over $26 for four items: two loaded tiny tacos ($10.38 for both) and two Quad Bacon Cheesy Combos ($13.98 for both), plus tax, totaling $26.82. I had three kids to feed at home and a broken fridge that I can't replace for another day or two, so I figured, why not treat the kiddos? I was in a hurry and didn't check the food until I got home and the kids pointed out that the burgers were singles, not "quads," the fries were cold, and the "loaded" tiny tacos were NOT loaded whatsoever, but they were burnt. I tasted one and it was like burnt cardboard. I tried to call the business half a dozen times without success, so I drove back down, going, once again, through the drive-through. I told the person on the other end of the microphone that I was mad and wanted to speak with a manager. When I got to the drive-through window, the heavy-set woman, probably in her late 20's or 30's, told me there was no manager there. I told her the food was terrible, plus I'd been overcharged. She just looked at me like "what do you want ME to do about it?" I asked her what her name was and she refused to give it to me. I then told her I would be posting a negative review on Google and had already taken pics of the four items and the receipt. She told me to "do what you have to," and closed the window on me.
I have been ordering from this Jack in the Box since early 2010, shortly after I moved into the area. I don't ever want to order ANYTHING from this Jack in the Box again. Bad customer service, bad food AND getting ripped off on the price to boot? BAD business. To add insult to injury, I called another local Jack in the Box to see if they knew how to get hold of the Twin Lakes' store's manager and was told that some of the managers are hard to get hold of. Shame on this franchisee, and the company, for having such disrespectful employees, terrible food and thievery! I've already submitted a complaint with corporate since I can't seem to track...
Read moreI come to this location probably 3 times a week. Went thru drive thru today, ordered the munchies box for $8 and jr jumbo jack. Got to the window asked to add 3 buttermilks sauces on my order. They charge for sauces every other day I guess. It’s fine. Got my food, got home, no chicken and tater burger. I called right away, no answer. Called 5 for times and even called while heading back to get my food fix. Tacos gets soggy really fast. Munchie box comes with 2 tacos. I pull up I told them they forgot my chicken burger, they said pull up to the window. They hand me the bag. I handed them my bag and asked for my food to be remade because the food in there is now cold. I brought everything back including the sauces. I get told that they cannot do that because all I was missing was my burger? Are you kidding me? I said well my food in the bag is now cold because I had to drive all the way back here to get my order fixed since you guys don’t want to answer your phone. Why is that my fault? He said oh I don’t even know where the phone is, I don’t think we have one actually. I asked to speak to a manager, they don’t have one. Are you kidding me? How are you guys even open with no phone, no manager on duty? If you guys cannot fix your mistakes maybe you should not be in business. The fact that people spends their hard earn money and have to inconvenience themselves to come back and fix your mistakes and you don’t even make it right is unbelievable.
