Stepping into maharaj was like entering a culinary paradise! the moment we were greeted with genuine warmth to the final bite of dessert, every aspect of our dining experience was beyond exceptional. The ambiance is inviting, blending traditional Indian decor with modern elegance, setting the stage for an unforgettable meal. The menu is a masterpiece, offering a tantalizing array of dishes that showcase the rich diversity of Indian cuisine. We started with the samosas, perfectly crisp and filled with a savory mixture of spices and potatoes. For mains, the butter chicken was a revelation, the tender chicken bathing in a velvety sauce that balanced richness with a subtle hint of sweetness. The lamb rogan josh was equally sublime, the meat tender and infused with spices that danced on the palate. Accompanied by fragrant basmati rice and garlic naan that was light yet satisfying, every bite was a celebration of flavor. The service deserves special praise â attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about ensuring our dining experience was flawless. Dessert was a fitting finale; the gulab jamun was melt-in-your-mouth perfection. In conclusion, Maharaj is not just a place to eat; it's an experience that elevates Indian cuisine to an art form. Look at most any package that is likely to have it and itâs listed like nuts Again not listed in the ingredients in their menu. I called the restaurant with just some feedback that itâs important to list what is included and I was told they top the orders when done with coconut so they donât think about it. I said itâs not just topped it all in the sauce and was going to take Benadryl right away and the order was in the garbage Not even a oh sorry or thank you reaction it was so very aloof. I didnât ask for a refund just feedback I said I was not trying to be difficult just was spent $ for something now being thrown away and it would be helpful if items were listed but again nothing. Sad because it did smell good overall. We are the naan bread as dinner and I love supporting local restaurants but the order and the rudeness was unacceptable. Iâm not even super allergy prone but places that list 10 out of 13 ingredients and leave out major allergens is sad. The complete âI could care less â reaction will guarantee I donât care to ever go again. A simple Iâm...
