Updated 08/05/2025 My wife and I like this place. The servers are exceptional, and the food is good. It's also open late for dining, which is what I love about it.

It’s my second time coming to this Pho Fusion for a combination noodle soup, which consists of raw meat, beef flank, fatty flank, beef tripe, and tendon. The last time I couldn't order this dish because they ran out of the beef “tendon.”
After my wife and I ordered, our food arrived. Our food looks good, except… mine came in with a chipped bowl, and a few small slices of tendons. I had to dig for it. Then there's a display of the raw meat, and there are a few slices of that. The beef tripe is decent, and so is the meatball. Other than that there’s no other meat like brisket. All were fatty flanks. The proportion of the fatty flank is about 50% of the other meat combined. I had a hard time with it. After scooping the fatty flank out of my bowl of noodles, I asked the waiter why he put so much fatty flank in one bowl of soup. The waiter talked to the cook, believed to be the manager. He was able to give me a small bowl of brisket with soup. He also transferred my small bowl of noodles to a bigger chipped bowl. It was a good gesture, but I'm a bit uncertain at this point if I should try the combination pho again. The steak and meatballs dish was good on my initial visit.
The soup, I find it a bit salty and I drank my cup of water, plus my wife’s water as well. No refill from the server.
I don't know what to recommend at this point besides going light on the sodium and balancing the meat and fatty flank portions. That's my message for the cooks. And please check on your customers, and ask if they want more water. And good servers would observe and notice. I enjoy having pho and often treat myself to a delicious bowl of this Vietnamese dish. This restaurant serves fantastic pho with a flavorful, rich broth. The only downside was that I wanted to order the combination pho, but the server informed me that they had run out of "tendon" or beef tendon, which is one of the main ingredients for this dish.
My wife had the Bo Koh, or beef stew, and found it to be a bit more soupy than she usually likes. It tasted more like the pho broth, except for the coloring, which was different. Also, we needed a water refill. We were thirsty, drank all our water, and were looking for more, but the server was busy.
I also noticed that the soup spoon they provided was giant. I would have preferred if they had given the regular spoon that is used at 99.99% of Vietnamese restaurants.
Despite these issues, I plan to visit again to have a large combination pho, and I hope they won't run out of beef tendon next time, especially since there's an Asian grocery store just a couple of...
Read moreWent to this location I'm twin lakes for the first time yesterday. My dad and I ordered one large beef pho and one large chicken pho and 4 spring rolls to go. The cost was approximately 45 dollars first of all. Upon arriving at home we found out that in order to save money they had only given us one small bag of sprouts to share with 3 small slices of jalapeños to share even though we had purchased two separate orders at an outrageous price. So they only gave us enough sprouts, jalapeños, and Basil for one order in one small bag. Also when in the restaurant I asked how big the large size was and he showed me a dine in bowl that was 2 to 3 times bigger than the small melted plastic bowls we were given to go. That's a whole other story, the bowls they gave us had melted and distorted so much they got holes in them and the broth leaked everywhere in the car. At a crazy price of nearly 50 dollars they really skimped us and lied to us at how big the portions were and also only gave us one small bag of veggies to share when each soup was supposed to get its own bag of sprouts, jalapeños, Basil, Cilantro and onion to go into each soup. The amount if beef I was given was ridiculous as well. I was given one small slice of roast beef in a bag as my protein to put into the soup. Essentially it felt like we got home with a small anount of broth that had not leaked out of the holes that the broth melted through the small plastic bowls. The whole order was pathetic, small and many things missing from what was supposed to be 2 separate soups. One beef and one chicken....simple. I got home feeling like I had been literally robbed of my money. Extremely disappointed and immediately called back to complain only to get excuses that if you order and pay together you get less of everything because as he said they assume you will share everything when ordered on one ticket. They are just lying to save money and jip people any way they can. He was rude and dismissive on the phone because what did he care now? He had already succeeded in stealing our money. I would never recommend giving these thieves any bussiness. They are way overpriced and extremely misleading and skimp you on every item down to the one leaf of Basil intended to cut in half for 2 large soups!! I will never visit this lying and cheating restaurant ever again. Can't even fully explain how disappointing it was. I felt so cheated and robbed of my money. Also, the spring rolls are 10 dollars for an order of 4 rolls....when in fact you receive 2 rolls chopped into halves and sold as 4 spring rolls. Every aspect of this restaurant seeks to cheat you out of your hard earned money. EXTREME...
Read moreI'm not sayin the Canh Ga Nuoc Mam - House Special Wings have crack or methamphetamines in their insanely crispity crust, ...got no way ta prove it. So I won't say that. But I will say that's the most delectably addictive peice of meat I've ever had in my hand. Normally can't eat more than 3 or 4 wings from anywhere. But these ?! 😳my hand went rouge countless times, kept reaching for them without my permission. Can't wrap my head around what makes that sweet garlicky flavor so intense? AND HOW ARE THEY SO CRISPY?! I even left them sitting, closed in the go containers, for a good 45 minutes after delivery, waitin on fam ta git home. Highly recommend, MUST TRY Canh Ga Nuoc Mam - House Special Wings !!! Also, everything on the menu with grilled pork in it😚🤌. To add, must say, these portions are humblingly generous. Society could learn from this kind of generous. Seriously, each dish could feed 4 people. That meal would have easily cost me $200+ to make into glop without finesse. This place is a gift. If you get the chance to dine in, service has always been exceedingly thoughtful, only been in to eat twice but I was captivated by the art, the comfortable lights, and incredible scents comming from...
