Brought my mom's 3 wheel adult bicycle to Fenwick Cycles last week because it was making a grinding sound and was very difficult for her to ride. Brent diagnosed the problem in minutes. He needed to order the part. He quoted me a price and said he should have it done the next week. It was a holiday week so I expected it might take even longer however I was pleasantly surprised to hear from Brent after just 5 days that it was ready for pick up and cost was less than I thought! Brent was so amazing! Helpful, kind and so reasonably priced and my mom's bike rides fantastic now (even better than when it was brand new)! I will highly recommend Fenwick Cycles to my friends and definitely use for all our future bike tune ups...

Great bike shop with passionate owner Brent, can't wait to go back. Was looking for an adult trike (tricycle) for family members to ride around town and go to the beach, unfortunately Brent didn't have one but pointed us to several bike shops in the area and gave us the skinny on what would be good and reliable trike. Even offered to order one in for us if we didn't find anything we liked. A shop owner sending business to a competitor!?!? No pressure, just good info.
