If I could give this zero stars I would. On 8/13/2021 I went to this particular location to pick up my mobile order. I had ordered it ahead of time and it was to be ready at 6:00 p.m. I actually placed the order about an hour in advance so it should have been ready, I chose to pick up my order in store. When I arrived and walked into the lobby I was greeted rudely and told that the lobby wasn't open and that I needed to go into the drive-thru to get my order which was contradictory too how I placed my mobile order. At that point I asked them if they would be willing to as a courtesy just paying me my order as I was already in the store. They refused and told me to go get in the drive-thru line and it was then that I realized they had not even started on my order.

I got back in line in the drive-thru and I had to wait another 15 minutes to get to the window at this time I was really greeted by the team lead or manager at this time and she told me that it's going to be another 25 to 30 minutes to wait on some chicken. I told her you can refund me my money and she refused to look at me the whole time and had an attitude about the whole situation and she told me she couldn't refund my money which was fine I was going to get my money back from the app but her complete disregard and just deplorable customer service towards me and attitude for no reason is why I'll never return to this location as long as she and her team works at this location.

This is the worst service I've had, ever. I'd give zero stars if I could. I went through drive up to hear that there's a thirty minute wait on chicken, and they're only taking orders inside. I went around and parked to go up to the door that was locked. They acted like they didn't notice me trying to come inside and just sat there at one of the tables. I had to wait until someone else got their attention to unlock the door. I walked inside to see what they said I'd have to wait on, chicken, and a whole rack of it. I didn't even want chicken this time. I ordered six biscuits, a large order of red beans and rice, and a large order of mashed potatoes with gravy. I asked to order extra gravy and was told that it was pre made, and I couldn't get extra because they didn't have the right containers to fulfill the order. I then finished and paid for my order and walked out the door. I turned back around, realizing I didn't have a receipt. I came back inside to get it only to walk around to the dining area because nobody was at the counter. There was not one, not two, but three associates sitting there all on their phones getting paid to do absolutely nothing. The associate that took my order told me that they were not printing receipts, and they only came out for Doordash orders for some reason. I said okay and went home to feed my wife, who is sick, by the way. They didn't give me my order in the proper sized large containers, and the food tasted like it was sitting for far too long. This location is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went thru drive thru. There was one car at the window already and then there was me at the speaker waiting to order. Why I was asked to wait to place my order and no one else but myself and the car in front (which had already ordered) were the only 2 customers I'll never know. No one was inside except the employees!! FINALLY I place my order for a 10 piece MIXED. My total was given and I make it to the window. The 1st thing said to me was "we dont have any white pieces of chicken and that I would have to wait 15 min" and looked at me as if it was my fault. No apology or nothing!!! You knew his when I ordered at the speaker!!!! WHY NOT TELL ME THAT BEFORE GIVING ME MY TOTAL AT THE SPEAKER??? The people working here are ignorant. It's a reflection of VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!!! THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS LOCATION BACK DOWN. Send these people somewhere for training in how to speak with and dealing with the public!!! None of them have any business working.
