HORRIBLE DRIVE THRU! I just left 3/1/24 spending $105 on weed for my husband, I don't smoke. So I go sit in line patiently for about 20 minutes. When I get to the window the guy first off was gone. But when he came back, I gave him my license. He said my total was $105.06. I gave him the exact change. He gave me the bag and I left. I didn't realize until I got home that he didn't give me my license back. So I raced back up there. I get back in line. When I get to the window he was gone, again. When he came back I told him he didn't give me my license. He said aw yeah I took it up front cause I didn't put it in the bag. So I said I'm not getting out my car to come in when you the one who made the mistake, go get my license. He was like no come in! I'm like NO, GO GET IT! So finally he goes to get my license. I'm like you know a sorry would be nice. He was like well humans make mistakes. I'm like I know, but when you're wrong, you don't tell the customer to get out of their vehicle and come in. The whole reason I came through drive thru was because I didn't want to cgo in. He getting smart. I left. He told me to call his manager if I had a complaint, so I did. I talked to Jared. He got smart with me. Told me I should've checked my bag! Why would I check the bag if I gave him the license he should have gave it back the same way. Then he hung up on me. They are so unprofessional at Cookies, not everyone. I have been there several times for my husband, never had an issue. But for a manager to be so unprofessional, he shouldn't be a manager. I want to complain to someone in corporate.or the owner. Because eventually people will stop coming when you don't treat them right. This messed up my whole Friday. I'm so upset. And the sad part is I'm black they are also black. I try to spend money in my own neighborhood instead of spending somewhere else but people are just so rude. This world is so lost now. It's really sad. I will never go there again I'll spend my money elsewhere and just drive further out. I don't deserve any of this. And I'll make sure my husband NEVER GOES AGAIN! I had out of town family here 2 weeks ago. I took them to Cookie's also. They spent close to $300. Bought vapors, weed and even their hoodie. But never again! From now on, I'll take them to St.Charles or Proper. Anywhere but...

My wife and I have been loyal customers of this place since it opened. We have spent thousands of dollars with this business, and we have never had an issue. Until yesterday, Friday, 05/02/25. We always place a pre-order for pick up at the drive thru, and this time, we pulled up at about 15 minutes after our selected order window. This has never caused an issue for us in the past. We waited in line for about 30 minutes, which is not at all unusual, and we are very patient. Upon providing my identification at the drive thru window, I was asked snidely, "Do you know what your pickup time was?" I answered, and the attendant at the window gave my ID back and told me my order had been cancelled 30 minutes after my pickup window time. She said we would have to come inside and place a new order. My wife is handicapped and going inside is not convenient or easy, hence our consistent use of the drive thru. Upset, we left without being served. My wife called the store and the first employee to answer refused to share her name with us. We were passed off to another employee, who did provide the name "Hicks." After explaining the situation, he again insisted we should have come inside to be served. He also claimed the staff had a meeting that day where it was decided that the 30 minute limit for preorders was the new policy. I have a hard time believing that there are so many issues with the drive thru that they had to institute a policy that only benefits their staff, not their customers. I'll have to consider whether or not we will return. Again, before this incident, never an issue. We have even visited 315 in Branson (a Cookies sister store) and they were laid-back and hospitable. No such luck...

This place has had the best weed every time The bartenders are the politis and nicest and most resourceful helpful in the business.... I have went there . All the weeds has been quality. Even the $20 low price packages of code ... They have 2 for 1 deals .. They have 1/2 oz for the same quality of weed at a $60... Don't waist your time guessing. I am very picky.. I've traveled this country and been to every state where marijuana is legal I've had the best quality buds from California to Oregon to Colorado to Michigan .. I've had hydroponic clones and I've had hydroponic outdoors marijuana I've trimmed. I'm telling you this is quality bud and it has quality pride in how it was trimmed and cured... Cookies is my home store I'm here everyday... I wouldn't even risk going to another store and I definitely wouldn't waste my time with thca... St Louis is really hurting for another cookie store they could use three more stores in the St Louis City of Missouri...
