I recently had the pleasure of having Libery Landscape Supply transform my yard , and I must say they exceeded all my expectations. Their workmanship and attention to detail left me thoroughly impressed. From planting vibrant flowers and bushes to resodding my lawn, every aspect of their service was executed with precision and professionalism. They did a beautiful job planting hydrangea around he pool we recently installed!
Martin Drury was the designer from Liberty. Martin showed his expertise right from the initial consultation. He took the time to understand my vision and offered valuable suggestions to enhance the aesthetic appeal of my garden. His knowledge of different plant varieties and their compatibility with the local climate was evident, and I felt confident entrusting them with the task.
The flower planting was a true masterpiece. The selection of blooms was carefully curated to create a harmonious blend of colors, textures, and heights. The team arranged them strategically to ensure optimal growth and visual impact. It was evident that they had an eye for design, as the flowers were arranged in a way that added depth and dimension to the landscape.
The attention to detail was remarkable, and it was evident that they took great pride in their craftsmanship.
The resodding of my lawn was a beautiful piece of work! My lawn was a disaster after the heavy pool digging equipment tore it up! The team meticulously prepared the soil, ensuring proper drainage and nutrition for the new sod. The care and precision with which they laid the sod were admirable. Within a short period, my lawn had transformed from patchy and worn-out to lush and vibrant. The sod was healthy and well-rooted, resulting in a truly rejuvenated landscape. You canât tell it was ever damaged!
Throughout the project, Martin and his team was punctual, courteous, and professional. They maintained excellent communication, keeping me updated on the progress and addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Their passion for their work was evident, and it translated into outstanding results.
I wholeheartedly recommend Libery Landscape Supply for any landscaping needs. Their expertise in flower planting, bush trimming, and lawn resodding is unparalleled. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction set them apart. My yard has been transformed into a space for which I am proud and I am extremely grateful for their exceptional work. Ask for Martin and you...
Read moreHappy customer, until this! I have to say that up until this issue I had always felt happy about shopping here. Then, we purchased a large Crape Myrtle tree from them in 2020. Since we are not experienced with planting large trees we chose to pay them to deliver and plant for us. Both of these tasks went well. We followed the care directions perfectly but were very disappointed that the tree did not seem to show any signs of leafing out or blooming in the first season. We just thought that maybe the shock of being planted took some time to get over so we decided not to call Liberty ( in the first year ) and give it some more time. After the second season the tree now looks bad and has showed no signs of growth. We happen to have Gage Tree Service on site treating our oak trees and asked them to look at it. They said promptly that it was dead. We had them dig up the tree and when they did you could see that the nylon rope ( in picture ) and the entire metal wire cage ( in picture ) was still on the root ball. You could also see that NONE of the roots had even tried to grow out of the caged root ball. It is obvious that it was totally root bound and NO effort was made during planting to give the roots a fighting chance. We took pictures and went back to Liberty and cordially discussed our issue with them in an effort not to get money back ( it was beyond the 1 year warranty ) but for them to at least accept some of the responsibility that the way it was planted played a role into why it died. We were asked to email the pictures to them and that they would have to "send it up the chain" because local branch managers are not authorized to make any calls one way or the other. We did this and have just been ignored with NO reply or follow up. Their NO ANSWER is all the answer we need to know the type of people they are. Since then, we have been educated on the correct way that this should have been planted is with the rope and steel wire cage removed prior to panting. If your thinking of buying a tree here, plant it yourself or get someone else to plant it properly so that it has a much better chance...
Read moreWe are doing some work on our yard and doing all the planning and labor ourselves with the help of the U of F online guidesâŚbut we have no prior significant landscaping experience. We are learning as we go, and sometimes â despite all the research weâre trying to do â we just donât realize things until we get home. Sometimes we donât even know the questions we should have asked when we were at Liberty until after the purchase. Point is, weâve made a few returns, and thereâs about to be another one tomorrow (Iâm sorry, LibertyâŚ). But the people who work there are SO patient and helpful and kind throughout all this. And when we do have questions prior to purchasing, they are always willing to help. If one person on the team doesnât know the answer, they ask their team members. They really appear to work well together as a group. There is a wealth of knowledge among them, and it makes me thankful that we live close enough to shop here for our plants, etc. I think so far, the people who have helped us (please excuse misspellings) are Corvin, Rachel, Shawn, Charles, over the phone a lady named Carly, and then one other lady whose name I donât know. By now we may have interacted with everyone on their team. And every single one of them has been wonderful. This review has been about their service so far, but their prices are also competitive. So when Liberty has what weâre looking to purchase, I love supporting their business and by extension the group of people who work there.
Edit â PSA: Please be kind to people who are working to do their jobs! This really is one of my favorite local businesses, and the team of people who work here work hard and have so much knowledge they are willing to share to help your plants do well. If they decide to leave because of how theyâre treated by customersâŚthat would be really sad and...
