I SAW A REVIEW THAT PUT THE STORE DOWN. THAT WAS NOT TRUE FROM WHAT I DID ON 04-17-2016. I WAS GREETED BY ELLEN AND WHILE LOOKING AROUND THE STORE, I WAS ASKED, TWICE, IF I NEEDED HELP IN LOCATING SOMETHING. I SAW A GOOD SELECTION OF ITEMS THAT A FLORIDA FISHERMAN-BOATER MIGHT NEED. WHILE MY NORTH GEORGIA HOME STORE TOLD ME THE ITEM THEY DID NOT HAVE AND CRYSTAL RIVER STORE DID COULD BE MAILED WAS NOT TRUE SO I WENT TO THE LOCATION. WHILE AT THE FLORIDA STORE I DID LOCATE SOME ITEMS THE NORTH GEORGIA STORE DID NOT HAVE, SO OTHER THAN DRIVING ABOUT 190 MILES ROUND TRIP FROM STEINHATCHEE FL., I HAD A VERY GOOD VISIT AT THE CRYSTAL RIVER LOCATION AND THE FOLKS WERE VERY FRIENDLY EVEN ON A BUSY SUNDAY. Waited 15 minutes to get help getting my parts! Just me and one other person, the front cashier guy was talking to a customer the entire 15 minutes, who wasn’t even purchasing anything. Another guy came from the back and helped me get my items, took five’s minutes only to get items and checked out. Meanwhile the other guy still chatting up a non paying customer.
