I went there hoping to find Japanese wagyu, but I did other unexpected things! There's wasn't any Japanese wagyu, but there was Australian wagyu, which I've never seen before. There's also other cuts of steaks and other meats, even salmon! They have this hickory maple (?) dry rub that goes very nicely on steak. I also grabbed a few boudins, one of them having crawfish, that I am excited to try. One of the owners makes and sells her homemade chocolate chip cookies with nuts and sea salt on top. My family REALLY enjoyed them, so I'll for sure have to buy more soon. And I really liked her lemon bar.
