Ellianos Coffee — Restaurant in Fernandina Beach

So just tried the egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwich and very disappointed. Not even remotely like the photos on the website. I will say the girl working the window had a fantastic vibe and was very nice and positive and full of go to energy but sadly the food was disappointing. First off, the egg and cheese costs 20 cents MORE than the same sandwiches with meat like bacon or sausage. Would make sense maybe if you got 2 eggs instead of one but that's not the case. The egg was so small and thin under the flattened very tiny kid-sized croissant, I couldn't even see it until I opened the sandwich and it tasted over-microwaved. For that price I could have had the same type mediocre egg and cheese from Dunkin or McDonald's for same money but with much bigger portions and been full. The criossant at dunkin is far bigger and fluffier and the McDonald's egg is definitely more egg....

To be honest this used to be my favorite coffee spot since moving from Washington State. I can say the first 2 times ordering the GF Joy Shot & GF Tuscany Toffee were made to perfection but… ever since then it has been hit or miss with the orders. Today November 16, 2024 at 9:50 ish am. I placed an order for 5 different drinks for almost $25. Only one was made correctly and upon arriving home I noticed I was given black coffee for one of the specialty drinks which I didn’t order and they seem to advertise Guilt Free/ Sugar Free items and NEVER have all the ingredients to make it the drink. Purchased a milkshake, easily one of the worst I’ve had. The chocolate and banana milkshake had hardly any flavor, and was thin and watery (like it was mixed with ice instead of a rich ice cream). They used white cream to fill up most of the cup, rather than as a topping. After bringing it back within a minute, and only a sip or two taken, was not offered a refund. I’m not sure if that product or interaction reflects their entire quality, but I won’t be taking that chance for a purely drive thru shop that’s not in a good...
