I needed to change my pre-paid T-mobile phone number over to a regular monthly service to use the T-mobile home internet service, however the T-mobile system could not use my pre-paid account for the home internet service, I encountered a major problem trying to accomplish this phone number change over the phone with the T-mobile customer support a very, very, frustrating experience, this problem was quickly resolved when i went into the Fernandina T-Mobile store and spoke with the Store Manage Mrs. Kristian and her sales rep Sammuel, both were very knowledgeable about how to port my old T-mobile pre-paid number over to the new monthly service, sammuel really impressed me with his technical knowledge and expertise, and in doing so, I'm now a permanent T-mobile customer. T-mobile has a supperior home internet service far better and cheaper than xfinity. With xfinity you have to have a physical cable line running into your house, you don't need a cable running into your home with the T-mobile highspeed internet box, its truly a superior product to xfinities...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am so appalled with the lack of service provided at the Fernandina Beach T-Mobile office this morning (Wednesday May 21st). The man I talked to told me he couldnāt help me pair my hearing aids, would have to talk to my health care provider for a phone I purchased 4 days ago! Switched gears and asked him to show me how to turn off āfind my phone appā ( requested instructions FROM T-MOBILE IN ORDER TO RETURN OLD PHONE) was told Iād have to talk to apple to complete the task. Meanwhile, the female employee stood around instead of offering to help! Even told them my brother was looking to purchase a new phone! If I hadnāt had just purchased this new phone 4 days ago, would have walked out and gone to Verizon or A T &T. When asked to talk to manager was informed nothing they could do, would have to contact Apple. If those two treated my customers like that, they would be looking for new jobs by lunchtime! The staff on Saturday wayyyyyy...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreT Mobile over charged due to their internal bureaucracy! I brought my friend to the store. My friend is blind and needed help. His phone was damaged and he paid for the insurance for the phone for 30 years. However because he couldnāt remember the PIN code from 30 years ago and because Sprint (original provider) didnāt send over his complete information during the TMobile merger, he was told that he couldnāt use his insurance and he also couldnāt take advantage of the free phone promotion. So he had to buy a phone even though he paid for insurance for 30 years. T-Mobile took advantage of a blind man on a fixed income. Corporate greed at its worst, As far as the store employees they did try to help but T mobile was totally inflexible and...
