Went today and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement . They’re charging prices different than their menu, they charged per drink with no warning so whatever refills I received I got charged per drink.. The menu says that the salad bar is an additional charge of 4.99 and we all got salad bar and when they rung us up she charges us 8.99 per salad bar and then said “it’s per visit” we all only went one time. It’s one thing if your prices change but a warning would of been nice I spent $6 on to go teas and we wouldn’t of done the salad bar if we had known it was going to be almost $10. The pizza was soggy and disgusting and the service is basically none existent. I’m honestly so shocked I’ve never experienced something like this.

My favorite food stop in Florida so far! Top notch Italian food from pastas to pizzas and calzones. The garlic knots were amazing. My cajun pasta with blackened chicken was amazing. My lady got the "tour of OPS" and loved it and the kids got spaghetti with tomato sauce and a slice of cheese with bacon pizza. Everyone was very satisfied and the woman that waited on us was very nice and attentive to us even though they were getting very busy, very suddenly. The prices were more than fair. Easily get way more bang for your buck here. Going to be recommending this place to anyone coming to Amelia Island.

One of the best things about this restaurant is that you can sit outside on this deck that they have with plants all over making it a very tropical atmosphere. However, the day that I was there, it was raining so my friend and I sat inside, which was very pleasant. The food was pretty excellent. There was only one waitress serving a lot of people so it wasn’t quick service but she was very efficient. Overall I really like this restaurant and I look forward to sitting outside among all the beautiful plans that they have and

This review is by a former New Englander with VERY particular opinions on Italian style food....we liked it VERY much. We stopped jn with two kids for “other than pizza” and were pleasantly surprised. We had a calzone with chosen toppings of sausage and pepperoni , and chicken parmesan with salads. The menu is large. The calzone was a super flavorful, fresh combo of ricotta and moz, with toppings of our choice. The breading was the most thin I have had in a calzone and I was impressed. The smoothness of the cheeses was exceptional. The hand thrown crust perfect. The filling meats were just as we would want. Our very attentive and helpful waitress Kamrin suggested the chicken parm. She was right. It was a classic example. Served with a side of spaghetti that was just ok. The salad was fresh, nothing spectacular. We had tap beer, just fine. When we came there was some confusion about whether it was open or not. When we questioned the staff they received some constructive criticism well , we were pleased with the result of a table and they gave us a free dessert that was AMAZING. Bignets with raspberry sauce. I thought a French style dessert in an Italian style place was weird until I tried them. Holy moly. All 4 of us cleaned that plate in no time. Kudos to Kamrin for her attentive service. She made suggestions, chatted with us and took care of us very well. She is to be commended. Overall the place is casual and reminds me of a great hangout spot I would have loved as a college student with friends. I am glad we found it and will definitely be back for more family nights out. Ps- kids loved watching the pizza maker throw the dough in the air- so if you take kids...

I have been to Ops several times over the years I have reside here in Fernandina Beach and it's always been good. Friday evening of the Shrimp Festival , my husband and I decided to go for a salad and I suggested OPS. It was around 5 o'clock when we arrived. We ordered the salad bar and pizza. When I went to the salad bar I immediately noticed everything on the bar had been there for hrs unattended. The greens were all wilted and other items were all dried out. When I lifted a spoon in one of the items, several tiny bugs flew out. When the waitress came back I told her I would not be having the salad bar because the food was old and bugs were flying out of the containers. She said, " that's what the fan is for!" Then she proceeded to cope an attitude with us and walked away. I looked back at the bar and they had an oscillating fan blowing over the food in an attempt to keep the bugs away. We almost walked out but we had ordered the pizza so we decided to do the right thing and wait on the pizza, pay and leave. While waiting on the pizza , someone came out from the back and put all new, fresh food on the salad bar. Seeing that we decided to stay and have our pizza and salad as planned. The food was all very good. The waitress we had was very rude, offered no apology for anything, made several trips to our table to give us our drinks , plates , silverware because she kept forgetting everything and even admitted so! When it came time to pay we waited several minutes for her to come back to get our payment. My husband had to take it up front and find someone to take the payment. I am going to miss Ops. I doubt we ever...

Long review:

My sister and I were visiting from out of town. After a poor and failed attempt at another restaurant, we were eager to eat but kind of reluctant to go anywhere. We walked in the door of this establishment 30 mins before closing and were greeted IMMEDIATELY with a warm welcome. The gentleman asked if we were dining in or carrying out, we said, “dine in” in kind of a reserved manner. The gentleman promptly and enthusiastically asked us to have a seat. Shortly after, our incredible server (Charity) joined us. Charity was AMAZING. She is so welcoming, warm and was so helpful. She explained the menu, made sure my allergies were shared with the kitchen, bagged all of our carry out and made sure my sister’s birthday (year 26) was a happy one with her delightful conversation, engaging smile and wonderful attitude. I don’t do reviews often, actually never.. but this establishment not only served 10/10 on the food tasting INCREDIBLE, our wait for homemade Italian food was not bad (I expect a wait with this kind of cuisine), and did I say how delicious my garlic shrimp ravioli was?! Everything 100/10! Also, LOVE the atmosphere, cleanliness and the plants. I felt as though I was visiting a family home. Best restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Ops, please know Charity is AMAZING. Your staff is impeccable. Kudos to the chef! All smiles and happy bellies here! Thank you, Ops. We WILL be back! We have a new...
