Do not go to this store if you need help unless you call to see that the one employee is not on break. I went to this store to get help with buying an external mouse for my Windows 7 laptop. The pleasant girl at the checkout called for an associate, but no one ever came. No one came to tell me anything. I went back to the checkout counter to ask when someone would appear, but I was told he was on his break and would not be back for 15 minutes. This store has only one person working the floor to help customers with tech products. If he is on break, no one comes to the floor to replace him, not even one of the two managers. Read moreBy far and away the worst managed staples I've ever had the misfortune of entering. It's not even really a staples anymore, it's just a office store themed Amazon drop off. If you need anything other than to drop off an Amazon package save yourself your headache and do not come here And if you need to drop off an Amazon package don't come here unless you literally have no other option. And even then your probably better off just eating the price of the return than dealing...
Read moreUpdated from 4 stars to 1 star as of 1/20/25: Amazon return customers are treated differently than staples customers and they help them before any Amazon customers making them wait far longer than fair or normal, pulling staples customers to the front of the line and helping them first. They do not use the same demeanor towards those that come in with Amazon returns and make it an obvious annoyance that you are there. They use excuses to not help you in the order you arrived and seek out Staples customers to make it known you are not a valuable person in their store. I wish the Amazon Return store associates would stop commenting on how many returns you have (when the quantity is 4 or more they say something unnecessary) and I so badly wish they would stop commenting on the actual items...
