First time eating at this place here at BWI but not sure I’ll be back. I’m going to assume the employees are having a bad morning because based on previous reviews, there a lot of positives about how friendly everyone is. This morning they seemed annoyed and agitated both with customers and each other.
I ordered the scramble egg roll and there was a miscommunication between the employees for my order and the customer in front of me. The employee who didn’t take my order but was putting the bowls together started making two scrambled egg bowls after the employee who did take my order told him what was ordered between myself and the customer in front of me. The customer in front of me told the employee he didn’t order a breakfast bowl. The employee made his correct order but continued making the two breakfast bowls. It wasn’t until I was ready to pay that I realized they were making the two bowls for me. So I told them I only ordered the one bowl. Both employees got more annoyed with the one saying loud enough for me to hear “you ordered 2 but way to say something at the end of the line when they were made.” I quickly paid for my order and just wanted to get out of there.
Again, really hoping it’s just a bad day. That level of annoyance and aggravation tells me there is a leadership issue or lacking in presence. So managers, please step up. And also, implement some better communication that includes an ergonomically work line for the team to avoid this. I’ve been in the food industry so I can relate to extent but I the way I feel when I truly did not do anything wrong makes me not want...

My wife and I had an hour between flights, and the lines at Chick- Fill-A & McDonalds were as depressing as the concept of “Fast Food”! We walked over to the glass enclosed salad ingredients. . . to check out Chef Greg’s concept /FRESH FOOD !
My wife selected the Greek Salad, and watched the server quickly ladle out each ingredient into the bowl. I crafted my salad from 20 or more ingredients, as I walked the line toward the register. There’s 4 choices of lettuce, and 5 choices of cheese, 2 types of olives, and two types of onions, and so on . . . down the line ! There’s 5 choices of proteins , such as chicken, beans, etc. At the end of the line, you have a choice of 10 dressings! Top it off with a drink or chips!
I wish they offered a soup or fresh types of rolls/bread? I still rate this a solid 4.60 !
I believe Chef Greg Nalley opened his 1st Nalley’s in 2011, and has since partnered up with a father & son team, to add another 8 locations in the Baltimore & Howard County & Montgomery County area of Maryland. I suspect this concept will grow and maybe merge with Panera, or maybe Chipotle? Either way, I hope Nalley’s makes it to Maine! ( Brunswick & Portland area would be...

You will pay upwards of $17 for a salad that will inevitably be drenched with 8 ounces of dressing that turns your salad into a soup. I am not joking, at least 8 ounces of dressing is added for every salad that goes down the line. They have you pay 15 seconds before dressing is added so there is no going back, your salad is ruined and you'll likely need to go somewhere else to get a new meal.
The employees here are rude and are poor at communicating with customers. I asked politely to add corn to my Fiesta Salad and it was a $1 upcharge for 1 tablespoon of corn LOL. A little surprised that a fiesta salad doesn't have corn to begin with but whatever.
People in line before and after me were treated with the same level of disdain all for being a paying customer of a $17 salad. If y'all are so unhappy with your job work somewhere else and stop taking travelers hostage when they are looking for a healthy...
