Mayorga Coffee — Restaurant in Maryland

Awful in every way. Unless you are desperate for a nasty Dunkin’ Donuts style cup of coffee…I’d recommend passing. My daughter ordered a toasted bagel. They microwaved and gave her a rubbery bagel that she threw away.

The menu shows awesome pictures of breakfast sandwiches. They look delicious in the picture. I ordered a egg, bacon and cheese sandwich. I received a nasty soggy English muffin with egg white and turkey bacon sandwich.

My latte tasted like auto-drip coffee with milk. I’m pretty sure that’s what they gave me.

My wife ordered an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Her bagel was soggy and there was a thin slice of stamped egg (literally like 1/8” thick “slice” of powdered egg with some American cheese all smashed into a soggy nasty croissant. We all threw our food in the trash and had to buy breakfast somewhere else. Also, the guy at the counter acted like he was so incredibly bored to be there…and the guy warming up the “sandwiches” wasn’t wearing any gloves and was touching the register with his hands.

The two guys working there need coaching. The guy at the register messed up our order because he wasn’t even paying attention to customers. He was constantly being interrupted by the guy behind him who was doing his best Chris Rock impersonation.

THE WOMAN WHO TOOK MY ORDER THIS MORNING HAS THEE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS EVER!!!! I travel through BWI often and I will never spend my money at this place again!!!... The woman who took my order was a short Black woman who had Blonde and Red Braids and one big tooth and one little tooth (I'm being very descriptive so the owners know who Im referring to). She was snapping on everyone ordering. I simply asked her what came on the breakfast sandwich I ordered and she was short and dismissive. I could hear other people in line waiting for their food complaining about how rude she was. This is so sad that THIS PERSON is the first impression you experience when patronizing this business. I asked her and her co workers for her name and they said they couldn't give their names but they were wearing name tags. The rude woman taking orders made sure she moved around so I couldn't see her name tag. I ordered here on June 21, 2023 around 8:35am. I hate for someone to lose their job but based on the other reviews it seems like this same woman has given many ppl the same rude service. Mayorga Coffee yall need to fix this or you will continue to lose business and her rude behavior probably explains why your line was...

We were there at Baltimore Airport. One of the two ladies working their was very rude. There was not another person in line. We stated to the lady that our plane was delayed and they just called us to board. She said it wouldn’t take long. She was starting to make the frozen brews and there was a guy there that they kept flirting with. I did nearly miss my flight. When I ordered it asked for one of them to be a large. Thy made two mediums. I did say that I ordered a large. They lady came to the counter and stated “IT SAYS RIGHT HERE YOU ORDERED A MEDIUM”. Wether or not she believed me she did not take the order. The other girl that seemed to be training did. They new we had a flight waiting but she was talking to some guy that came up and was slow as Christmas I don’t know if this is the kind of service you let the employees conduct, but for me they did not care about the customer.
