It was 5 am and I accidentally got the wrong headphones that didn’t plug into my phone. I paid, threw away the receipt and opened the box. I realized the headphones were the wrong ones after all this and it was all my fault. I went back to the store and a kind gentleman (bald, glasses, super detail oriented) understood and helped me facilitate a return and exchange for the proper headphones for no charge.
