Avoid if possible. Board time was 8pm. At 8pm, board time delayed to 11pm. At 11pm, told return to lobby. 12pm, flight cancelled. Shuttles provided to a hotel. 1:30am, go to bed. Shuttles to pick us up at 5am. Wake up, get dressed, notified at 4:45am shuttles now to pick us up 3pm. Back to bed. Shuttles take us to airport for 4pm show time. At 4:30,pm told plane still broken. Back for hotel. Pickup 1pm next day to in the words of staff “try this again tomorrow.” Currently still at hotel.
Avoid this flight if possible.
Two stars for not making us sleep in the airport.
