I never thought I would ever be writing a review, but here I am.

Let me start by saying that the food is good. The first time I got it, I didn't think the quality of food was available in airports, and compared to other restaurants and fast food around, this one is easily the best from what I tried.

I have been to this restaurant every Wednesday flying out for work for the last 3 weeks, and I couldn't even start to tell you the service I received from this one server, and YES they only have 1 server EVERYTIME I have been there, and every single time, it is completely busy. The young man is running the entire dining room by myself and made sure not only myself but the families and other guests around me were taken care of. His attentiveness and effort on how he was working were resonating in the entire room, and after I saw the couple next to me pull him aside to praise him, I also decided to pull him aside to let him know that his hard work really shows, and he told me how much he appreciated me coming back here and remembered me from my previous visit, which I was very impressed with. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Gachi House of Sushi, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience—truly a 10/10!

While their sushi is renowned, I decided to try their ramen, and I was absolutely blown away. The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, striking that ideal balance of savory and sweet. The noodles were cooked to perfection with just the right amount of bite, and the toppings were fresh, vibrant, and generous. Every spoonful was a delightful symphony of taste!

I’ve never had a place be so rude and unprofessional about my allergy. The server (who was very kind) tells me they may not be able to 100% accommodate my allergy because they “do not wash their knives and cutting boards”. The problem isn’t not being able to accommodate my allergy. I understand being busy but I’ve never had an issue with any sushi restaurant washing their utensils in my entire life. Clean cutting boards and knives would completely avoid the cross contamination that my allergy is related to. He proceeded to tell the woman behind the counter about my allergy who was making food and she began saying “wow that’s so ridiculous that’s actually insane i doubt it’s a real allergy”.
