I’ve been to the store a few times just to look around, and I’ve found some very cool pieces! Recently, I tried to sell with the store, and I had a very unfortunate experience. The day I walked in with my items, the woman at the register seemed a little upset that she had to even deal with me. I brought a bag in at 4:30, and she told me that the store stopped accepting bags at 4. That’s reasonable. She registered me and told me that they would keep the bag overnight to look through it, and text me when it was done being looked at. That evening at 5:26, I received a message saying that my bag had already been sorted through and that my offer was ready. I didn’t see it until the next day, so I went in to pick it up. I knew not everything would be accepted, but I have some interesting pieces that have only been worn once or twice and that are in good condition without snags or tears. I’ve seen average, low-end items on the racks with big snags, so I figured I had a pretty good lot. All of my items had been washed as well. None of them were accepted. I was also pretty positive that the bag hadn’t even been touched as all of the clothes were in the order that they were when I dropped it off. Both of the employees I dealt with seemed very annoyed with my presence as well. There was no way a bag the size of a tote bin had been accurately looked through and inspected in less than 30 minutes. I’ve seen SHEIN on your racks. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, especially bad ones but this place was terrible. I collected some of the nicest clothes, some luxury, and all in very good condition. This took me quite a long time to do, not to mention the 1.5 hour drive to the store, just to be met at the counter with a rude employee that made me seem like an inconvenience. I had a large tote, and after waiting for 2 hours and not receiving any text or notification that my drop-off had been sorted through I decided to go back in and check on it. (They said when I dropped it off I was first in line and it should be done fairly quickly). I walked through the store and checked out the racks to see what they had, and in my opinion the clothes were low quality, over priced and the workers were rude! I went back up to the counter to ask if my stuff was done, it looked as if it hadn’t been touched, and the girl told me, “it’s gonna be an all pass today”, and she said it had been done for a while! I sell clothes all the time, I had no problem with this and believed them when they said they had too much inventory. The issue was how rudely the employees talked to customers, including the store owner on the phone with another customer, and I never received a text and wasted hours waiting for it. The owner eyeballed me as I walked out, she won’t ever get my business, and hopefully no one else’s. Be nice to your customers, it goes a long way while trying to run...

If you have a nice clothes, do not bother bringing them to this location this is like the third time that I've brought several clothes from the Loft, banana, Old Navy, all in good condition I have worked in retail, so my clothes are hardly worn. Last time they took nothing this time. I had a huge tub and they took like four pieces not worth your time unless you are a young person with skimpy clothes. I had at least 75-100 pieces and a huge variety of items. You can't tell me that you weren't in need. Like the last review, you have very young people working in there but, not all you shoppers are young. I am middle aged and used to buy from you and even on line but, I will not be anymore, because the items that you are taking do not work for middle age. I would love a middle aged women to go through my items and see the difference. They only work for my 24 and 20 yr old. Total waste of my day taking them there.
