Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Fishers

Tonight my family went in to have our favorite meal at one of our favorite places....but tonight was an epic fail. We have been in many BWW in many states and NEVER before have we experienced such horrible service. I have had experience on the other side being a server myself back in the day, so at first I was willing to look past the wait time being it was during March Madness and all. But 44 minutes with not one check back, not even a refill for my daughter with her root beer. Our order was simple, wings a chicken Cesar salad and a burger. Well the 44 minutes later the food came out and the excuse was that my husband asked for crispy wings. I asked to speak with the manager to voice my frustration. Keep in mind we NEVER complain about service but when the food came out so late and the bacon on my daughters burger was not done and her fries were cold I had to say something. I started with,” I know your super busy....here is where my mind was blown and in complete shock...The manager told us that the bacon was done and it was because my husband asked for extra extra extra extra extra crispy wings (which he did NOT). He stated that the wings take 18 min to prepare and they ran them through twice! Well you can imagine how those tasted, I believe beef jerky is the term my husband used. My ceasar salad was not stellar either, the croutons were stale..I did not even tell them that because it would not even matter at this point. Never again, We paid our bill and left. I will not write off BWW, but my family and I will NOT recommend this location, nor will we...

This was our first time going to this location and we were not impressed at all. We went out for to eat and watch the Colts game. When we walked in we waited for a few minutes before someone helped us. (They were busy so we expected that) but once the host spoke to us she told us we could seat ourselves in the bar but the bar was full. So i went back to the host station and she looked at me and than sat the next 3 tables before she said "so i take it the bar is full!" So we had to wait for her to find a table for us. Once we sat down it was ok at first the server came right out to us and got our drink order, but the server rang in my husbands sandwich wrong. She also gave us our appetizer and then turned around 10 minutes later to give it to us again because she forgot we got it already. She said it was her mistake so we could eat it. (We didn't because 1 was plenty.) When she took my husbands sandwich back to get it fixed he had loaded tots and the new plate had fries. He didn't want to complain again so he just ate it. When there was 5 minutes left of the game I asked for my 1st refill on my drink. Anyone who knows football knows 5 minutes in a game takes longer due to commercials and timeouts. Also we were sat right by the drink station. It was literally less than 5 steps away. I NEVER GOT THE DRINK! She also rang our appetizer up before and after our meal or at least thats how it was listed on the receipt. She acted like someone else did it but fixed it for us. Not sure if she was having a bad night but if we go again it sure wont be with her...

I would give this place no stars if I could. Placed an online order and prepaid. Mistake number one. Waited 40 minutes at the restaurant past my scheduled pickup time and my order was still not ready. 5 employees stood around the cash register talking and not one asked if they could help me. I had to ask numerous times for them to check on my order to which I got either no response or “ they are working on it”. Clearly not a fact. When I requested to have the order cancelled they couldn’t even issue a refund “ we have to have corporate issue the refund write down the credit card information and we will send it to corporate”. Patrons came in and were seated and got their orders while I waited. When I asked how that was possible all I got was a nasty response that traditional wings take longer ( like well over an hour!) On top of the miserable service the cleanliness of the restaurant was less than acceptable. Floor was sticky and the drink machine was leaking all over the floor. One employee who was mopping the floor stop mopping and went to the cash register to show another employee how to enter something. That’s disgusting. When the manager finally did come out he was absolutely of no help he obviously is not capable of running a clean restaurant with well trained and managed employee. BW3’s you should be ashamed of yourselves....
