Maestro pizza and market — Restaurant in Fishers

I ordered from them on slice. First time using it. On slices website of their pizza it didn’t have cheese as an ingredient for the seafood pizza. I thought it was weird but ordered it anyways considering I don’t eat dairy. Mind you there was no option but special comments, so I just assumed that they would have the same type of ordering that dominoes or anybody else did, to where if it’s on the pizza it’s listed. I get the pizza it has cheese on it. I say well the website doesn’t say cheese otherwise I would have asked for this without it. They laughed at me and said every pizza comes with cheese. When I called slice they understood based on the website but still sided with them. When I asked for a refund, slice told me and I quote “i was told it’s not the mangers policy to refund”. They told me that the funds were held by the restaurant. So I can’t get a refund for a pizza with cheese that I clearly don’t want, nor get it remade. Awful establishment. To laugh in the customers face because your website isn’t in the 21st century as far as listing all ingredients and not just the ones convenient to you, don’t demean me by laughing at the idea of pizza without cheese. We had the best pizza and wings we’ve had from anywhere the first time we went. We were so impressed with the quality of the crust and the flavor of the wings. We decided we would go again and try more things. Little did we know, our second visit here would give us the worst experience we’ve ever had. The pizza (unmelted cheese!), wings (totally bland and no sauce!) and cheese burger (missing cheese) were disappointing to say the least. We realized the difference was the owner wasn’t there the second time we went. I sat there and waited for the food. There was only one guy by himself and he was clearly overwhelmed. First visit we ordered barbecue chicken pizza with Greek salad and a few chicken wings, definitely was not a family meal but it was our first time trying out the place, oh and it came with a few fries. Not too shabby fast forward 2 weeks later, My children wanted a pepperoni pizza and we were making a purchase from the restaurant near by so it was convenient to just go ahead and pick up a simple pepperoni pizza. My children love pepperoni pizza but unfortunately they were underwhelmed by maestro's Pizza, my daughter commented that she it reminded her of store-bought Pizza better and my son just didn't think that it hit the mark, in fact he found Costco's simple cheese pizza to be even better than Maestro's.
