The one star is for the waitress. Bartender and management team were extremely rude and unreasonable (You know the feeling of begging them to spend our money). It was last Friday night a group of Canadian tourist were in town for business and of course fishers being fishers places that open late are numbered so we picked this place because it was close to their hotel and it opened late. Upon arrival we politely ask if they could put some music on and of course they refused (football was playing) and that wasn’t too big of deal. Me and another guy were drivers so we only had 1 beer, the rest of the crew was planning on Ubering. One of the lady was a little tipsy when she walked over to order more drinks bartender and management took her drinks from her (the ones she was holding!) and rudely said “thats it!” No apology were given, I walked over and told the manager that she wasn’t driving she’s ubering. Manager said “she’s cut off” without even looking at me and walks away! Wow how is this kind of customer service going to work out? Im all for local business but clearly they didn’t like their job nor...
Read moreCame with a group of friends. The bouncer turned us away because our last $1 for the cover was in quarters. He was extremely confrontational to both my wife and I over $1. A friend paid him the paper bill to get us in. Our group spent way more money than that $1 was worth fighting us about. Then another bouncer kept taunting us throughout the night. My wife runs two business in fishers and this is extremely poor management and is how an establishment loses business. In this day and age it’s hard enough keeping storefronts open without driving good paying customers who are extremely active in our community away. Unfortunately now we will tell everyone we know of the wonderful establishments in our community who have class act management and take pride in their ability to provide educated management that can manage their crowds safely while caring for their customers. Bouncers are not supposed to be thugs. Big groups are your bread and butter. If they are good paying non belligerent patrons why would you treat them poorly? Life is way too short for that much anger...
Read moreI loved this place until they told me I couldn't drink anymore. I finished my drink and was going to play pool until my friends finished. Then the manager kicked me out thinking I drank one of the drinks he told me not too drink. I didn't drink anything he didn't tell me to drink. Then mid shoot on pool he kicks me out thinking I drank a shot I wasn't supposed to drink. I didn't and they still kicked me out. Was a loyal customer they drove away over some bs. I like Britton Tavern but not if they are gonna be like this. Sorry to muddy your name but your manager is driving out business!! Hope you guys do ok but that's not the way to conduct business. I paid for everything I did and didn't touch what j wasn't supposed to. Also if I wasn't supposed to touch it you should of brought to the the table not me. So it's the managers fault this happened. If he would of been business like I would of understood. But I'm a manager at a bat and know what its like. I want t m you guys to do good. That manager you have one tonight if not bringing good to the table just...
