I left without the chips, called store within 10mins and was told to simply give my name at my next visit and the chips would be included. Simple enough, right? My next visit, within a week, I told the manager as I was placing my order. He refused to honor the word of his employees because they had not written a note for the back room. I wish I could give it 0 stars. This is by far the worst Subway I've ever been to. The establishment seemed clean and fine. The older Hispanic man behind the counter making the subs was what makes this place somewhere to avoid. He was rude, threw the food around, asked if we wanted it toasted and when he was told no, he put it in the toaster anyway. When we asked for more black olives, he said no, you have 6. I eat here at least twice a week. Always great service and friendly staff. Tonight( Saturday, July 31st) I walk in and extremely vulgar music is blaring from the Subway speakers. Laced with the N word and F word. I was very uncomfortable with the fact that young children were in line hearing this. Not a single person stayed in the store to eat.
