I was a little late seeing the current due to water damage in my home. I seen these fur lined clogs that I REALLY NEEDED NOT ONLY FOR THE AMAZING PRICE FOR WHICH THEY WERE BEING OFFERED but for the issue which I was going through. I was so upset that I wouldn't be able to get them because it was the day before the ad was to expire. So I called "first" so I wouldn't waste my time driving there because as we all know about 85% of the time these other retailers are already OUT OF STOCK. I was greeted by phone with such professionalism! Not only was the clerk familiar with her ad (rare) but she took the time to ask me if I didn't mind holding she would check to see if they had my size!! WOW PHYSICALLY CHECK TO SEE IF THEY HAD MY SIZE? "REALLY WENT TO CHECK"? Again RARE! To my delight they did and SHE EVEN PUT MY NAME ON THEM because I would be there in 10 mins. When I got there I was told they would be at the front counter and AGAIN they were there as promised! I was also greeted with AMAZING FRIENDLINESS AND PROFESSIONALISM "AGAIN" BY THE CASHIER (RARE AGAIN)!! To my understanding it was one if the management team that took my call and went 100% out of her way to HELP ME!! I LOVE THIS STORE!! It always amazes me that no matter what day or time it is that this store has "ALWAYS" taken care of the customer!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY PRODUCTS YOU CAN ALWAYS EXPECT WHEN SHOPPING HERE!! This place has my BUSINESS FOR LIFE!! TY FFH TEAM FOR ALWAYS GOING THAT...

This place is an absolute joke. I went there today about 1030-11am. Never once was I greeted and 2 employees watched me walk in. Shelves look very bare and not stocked. There was a whole isle of clearance I stood there for about 10 min looking while an employee watched me. Never once was I asked if I need help. I walked all over the store even though I didnt specifically need stuff from those depts just trying to see if anyone cared that I was there. I came for a dog crate,leash,collar,bowls and dog food. The puppy food I get is 60 a bag. I would've spent a 300 easy. I'm not going to beg for help when trying to spend money. I'll go to tractor supply tomorrow I'm sure they'll be glad to help. By the way they weren't busy. Just standing around doing nothing. Maybe I shouldve drove to the monroe store. Oh yeah and in the clearance dog food was an expired bag of dog food opened. They only took off $5 for it being open. Once its expired it should cut in half or...

Personally I go here to get chicken feed for my four chickens, but this place has much more then food for animals. Whether you're a working guy or a farmer or even a stay-at-home mom this place will have what you're looking for. It used to be a supermarket till it closed down. This place has Carhartt jackets for men or women, hats gloves. It has items for beekeepers, has dog treats dog toys cat treats cat toys etc. (I do not know if this is an event or if it's an everyday thing but in the back you can bring in your dog and train them or check them for disease or something I don't know I never really asked.) And springtime you can buy baby chicks or baby ducks or even baby turkey. We have items for horses as well. They have lawn mowers, wheelbarrows, and I think a few things for your car like oils again I don't really go there for that stuff.
