Taco Bell — Restaurant in Flat Rock

I have been going to this taco bell for well over three years now.

I often visit this location and also doordash it. It is always amazing. I place my order on the app so it gives the staff a bit of a heads up to prepare when i’m on my way, i’m always greeted with a warm welcome and when i get to the window it tends to be super fun, i bring my pug with me a lot in the car and the workers, especially an older woman at night i’m not sure of her name but she LOVES my dog and it warms my heart! they all absolutely adore her, if i have to wait (gosh if ever at this location) we giggle over my dog and they make me feel super welcomed to just be there. It’s an amazing feeling especially when i often get taco bell after i work all day, and haven’t eaten. The kitchen is QUICK and i mean QUICK, i can’t even remember the last time i had to really wait for anything. Not only quick but precise with your modifications and pay close attention to items. i have never, ever had a wrong item/incorrect item from this location they're that GOOD.

Not to mention their ability to coexist so perfectly with doordash, i have never had an order arrive so fast. they plaster your name in sharpie on your bag so that it’s virtually impossible to grab the wrong bag as a dasher. The location is perfection for me so it tends to come 6-7 minutes after i PLACE the order!

this is a bad taco bell if ive ever seen an awful bad taco bell. first off all of the TEENS that work there always seem to get the order wrong always, it is the stupidest. i asked for diablo sauce for a quesartio and a taco (a sizeable meal for me since i am quite hungry mostly) and they gave me ONE DIABLO SAUCE. this is unacceptable, how is one going to do it? i always check the bag to make sure they get it right and THANKFULLY this time they got my food but then i saw that the taco was a little smushed somehow. the place is much better when all the kids are in school, so i suggest going between 11 - 2 ! ! ! the older folks are so kind and awesome and nice and patient and ive NEVER GOTTEN THE ORDER WRONG FROM THEM. also the second time ive been here the food tasted very off. i couldnt tell why but there was something weird. needless to say i went to the kfc next door instead and sent a complaint for a coupon. the kfc is also bad...

This location is usually the best one I ever came across over the years, but currently tonight, whomever is on shift around 130-2Am does Not know the menu. I ordered 2 chicken burritos and 1 soft taco. And they gave me the wrong burritos so I called and they said they'll fix the issue. So I turned around went back waited and they gave me the Wrong burritos Again!!! Not sure how u can mess up a simple order not once but twice! It wasn't busy either cuz it was 2Am and they messed up my order twice in a row. The manager really needs to talk to whomever was working at that time on Oct. 19 at 2Am. Really unbelievable.
