Verizon — Local services in Flat Rock

We went to the Flat Rock location to inquire about a text that I received from Verizon and to have someone look at my husband’s phone, I had tried going online as suggested in the text for the “deal” Verizon was offering without any success. We were met by Karl and it was without a doubt the best thing that could have happened. . I had multiple questions about our plan, a new phone for our granddaughter, an additional line for our younger granddaughter and to try and fix my husband’s phone. Karl was patient, understanding and completely professional. We were thrilled with our results, new phones, new plan and a great price. This place is absolutely amazing! I entered in an emergent status after my phone was shattered which I use for my rescue shifts for EMS. With me my very triggered 4 year old Autistic daughter who was not having her best day tagging along done with her day. No one was irritated, no one stared but instead Thomas Yuhana approached super friendly and understanding trying to help me get my life together one hour before closing. That's exactly what happened!!! Not only did I get a great new phone he bundled what he could to make it all work and my phone be protected with exactly what cash I was able to scramble with no notice. He even saved me money by informing me of a few products I really didn't need and could utilize better choices cheaper. It's the things like this that make a business great. Thomas is outstanding when it comes to customer service. I was greeted when I entered the store and Thomas asked open ended questions to determine what I was there for. I needed to replace my phone due to our mastiff. He reviewed my account thoroughly before showing me three great choices. I made my choice and was thrilled that he would transfer all of my info and data over to my new phone from the old. He took the time to ensure I was happy and comfortable with the new phone.
