Awesome guys working here! I would like to officially point out assistant manager Dakota. It had been a rough night, my wife and 6 mo old had went to Fletcher park and ended up with a dead battery. After we got it jumped off it died again we barely made it to their store. I went in and asked for a test to be run on the battery and Dakota never hesitated. He came out found out the battery was bad and offered to change it if I purchased a new one, which I did. Before we knew it he had us rolling again. My battery died the day before Thanksgiving in 2022 right around closing time. I tried Auto Zone first because they were closest but they didn't want to help/work. Drove to O'Reilly's in Fletcher next as they were closing. They were as nice and helpful as they could be. They changed my battery without being rushed or rude. I'll never go anywhere else. We had a great experience at this store. Russ was very kind and helpful. We had an issue with our car (did an oil change wrong ourselves - BIG OOPS) and he went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, even coming out to take a look at the car himself. Both employees were very kind and helpful, and everything that we needed was in stock and fairly priced. Highly recommend - both those guys deserve...
