More importantly, I wanted to thank you for having the best jewelry store - not just in the metro-detroit area but the best anywhere (Iāve been a lot of places all over the world). Your staff feel like family to me and I know for sure that all of you made me feel like a part of your family. I enjoyed visiting with all of the staff both on the phone and in the store. Frankly, those relationships are more priceless than the watch to me.
Your store is the only jewelry store where you can talk to the employees and they are ārealā people not prententious employees looking down on the customers trying to be cool or bully them into buying something. Your staff has a genuine interest in their customers and what they do.

The security officer set the tone from the moment i arrived, nothing but warm service, implicitly expressing their conviction that i was their most important priority
I was greeted by a gentleman who graciously recieved my SMALL REQUEST with pleasure, rapidly stepped to the repair room. Within 7minutes, He resolved an issue that had perplexed the technician on three occasions, at a competitors jewelry store...HE fixed it!
He smiled. He shared that no charge would be necessary. He thanked ME.
As i expressed my gratitude, it was as i was leaving that i realized...he wasn't just a conscientious staff member ...he was in fact, an OWNER!
