My favorite place to hang out. Great bar staff.
Update (9/14/2025): It actually saddens me to part ways with this location. Because normally it is amazing and I recommend it to everyone. Especially because the bartender, Steve, goes above and beyond.
But today I stopped in for comfort food, after church, with a loved one who lost their mom and sister in the past few days. We just wanted to eat somewhere familiar, with positive vibes. But we received the absolute OPPOSITE. Firstly, BWW is running a great online deal for To-Go wings. You really can’t beat it. So, we ordered it and then just purchased drinks as well, so we could still dine in.
Before placing the To-Go order, we realized that if you want double sauce of an order, you can’t note this online. Ok, no problem. Since we’re already there, we just went to inform them that we have selected 3 flavors for 20 wings, but we want the sauce broken up into 5,5, and 10. When we received the order, we began to eat. But then we noticed it was 6,7,7. Ok. Still no problem. We’re still there and we figured it was an honest mistake and miscommunication between the takeout hostess and kitchen. So, we approached the takeout desk and the manager, Vincente, informed us that if we wanted the order corrected, they would need us to bring back the food we were already eating from, so they could remove 3 wings.
Confused… we informed him that they’d made a mistake and that they could just give us the 3 wings to correct the issue. But instead, he lied and said the hostess told him we asked about the split AFTER the order was made and then he accused us of “trying to get free wings”. As a reminder, I come here all the time. I have points… I can get extra wings at any time. So he’s accusing us of trying to capitalize from their mistake, but the reward is worth less than $3.
After multiple attempts to explain to him that his ego was clouding his judgement, he still insisted that it was equally our fault as it was theirs and he could only fix it by taking our food that we are eating from, to correct the wing count. I returned all the wings, including the half eaten ones and requested a refund. I’m still in disbelief by how drastically the customer service has...
Read moreI’m not exactly sure what my waitresses name was. I think it was Shay but me and my group of 2 got bottomless apps. Which we’ve done before the day before with a different waitress, and they have never charge me for a thing of ranch with my mozzarella sticks But this waitress was trying to argue with me, saying she was gonna charge me about a dollar for every single ranch, even though I was literally watching other tables, get a condiment with their appetizers And then in the beginning, I got a strawberry lemonade and I asked if there was any refills and she said she would have to charge me again so I asked if I could get a regular lemonade and get the refills for that and she just laughed and said she’s not doing that Which I was confused and then she walked away. She also took 20 minutes to refill our order since they were endless every single time after we were done eating so 20 minutes on top of the time that we took eating. Which normally they would ask me what I would want next as soon as I’d get my food out The place was not busy at all, and she kept purposely ignoring us walking by us, even though we would obviously be calling her over She constantly tried to argue with me over small questions like me asking could we get ranch or can I get a water? Then, after 30 minutes of her ignoring us, we asked another waitress if maybe we could switch waitresses And they were clearly friends and she obviously went over to her and just started talking crap and then our waitress came back and said should I get the Manager for you? And I said there’s no need and I was going to proceed to order my food but then she said no I’ll go get the Manager Then the so-called manager came over and started arguing with me about the ranch, which I was not even trying to talk about anymore, but he kept bringing it up Like if you guys, so obviously hate the people who order the bottomless apps then why put it...
Read moreWent to this establishment for BOGO wings one night with a couple friends after many other visits to this location after 9 PM without issue. Sat down at a table that was dirty and covered with crumbs and cup stains, so I asked the waitress to wipe down the table, and the waitress obliged, although she seemed a bit disgruntled about it. She wiped the table down then asked us for drinks, so we place our drink order, of which none were alcoholic. She then asks to see our IDs. My one friend and I had our IDs, but my other friend had an ID that had a void stamped in it, since she just got it renewed, and had not received the new one in the mail. When we questioned the rule, since we all had eaten at the same location several times before, after 9 PM and there were toddler aged children seated inside, she said she would get the manager. Manager came out and checked the validity of her ID, he went over and spoke to the waitress, who was trash talking us and speaking expletives, then came back to us and said they don't accept "these types" of ID. When questioned about the obvious profiling, since there were underage people seated in the restaurant, he told us to leave. Completely tired of organizations stonewalling customers because they can't trust their employees to use judgement, and sick of employees such as these who go out of their way to profile and harass a group of young adults who just...
