I originally left a 5 star review and unfortunately feel the need to update how this experience went for me. Let me start by saying the positives as the manager Quinn really tried to fix things as much as he could for us but of course something are out of his direct control. Dee from the delivery truck was fantastic and made sure to make me happy, and Adam the delivery manager was a true life saver who was determined to help us get this over with. When we came into Ashley’s to look for some new furniture being mine was destroyed during the moving process, we were so upfront with the sales man Izzy that we could not wait for items they weren’t able to deliver asap due to a expected arrival of a newborn baby in April. Izzy showed us many things that we would have preferred to buy but the wait time just wouldn’t work, after helping us find some things he assured us would be delivered in ONE to TWO weeks at most we left so happy that we decided to come back in and purchase the rest of the bed room set. We were assured that all items would be delivered by 3/19 and they would not be floor models this was important to us do to a prior purchase a few years ago where we paid full price for floor models after waiting over 4 months for arrival. When the 19th rolled around and I hadn’t heard anything about the delivery we decided to go into store and see what was going on. No one had an exact answer on when i would get my items except that it would be a substantially longer wait. I spoke with Quinn for the first out of multiple times we had to go into the store the get answers, Quinn tried his best and i do have a feeling most of the errors were due to other employees throughout the company. I expressed my stress of needing to put the baby’s clothes away, Quinn then was able to get my brand new baby’s dresser delivered on its own to help with the stress of the waiting game, delivery guys were amazing assembled and were so careful not to damage anything. Then we are waiting for the rest of the close to $4000 dollar order to be delivered. Long story short in order to get the items before my due date we were forced to accept the floor models, with a $400 refund. We would have rather had new but couldn’t afford to wait any longer! Soon arrival multiple scuffs on the furniture which is disappointing. Delivery was supposed to happen on Monday 4/1 and I did not get a delivery until that Thursday. Soon delivery parts to my bed are missing, once again another issue and they cannot find the parts . Adam decided to drive out here and personally put the bed together still missing some bolts, another issue. Adam had to go purchase some from the store. He comes back and gets the bed together and was truly apologetic about everything that has happened. I would give Adam a 10 start review if possible, I even offered him $100 bill and he would not accept it , I am so thankful for him finally getting everything handled for us. Moral of the story I am truly disappointed, Ashley has so many nice options to purchase and I love to shop here but the disorganization and the misleading of my sales man and delivery time has me deciding to never shop or recommend purchasing from here again. Read moreMy husband and I just closed on our home and we went furniture shopping just to see what Ashley had to offer. We have both used Ashley in the past for a bedroom set and living room set and had both had great experiences. We were in need of quite a few things and especially a sectional for our new basement where we will be doing a lot of entertaining. We walked in and Tony greeted us right away, he was super friendly and wanted to let us know aside from Memorial day deals if we came back on Sunday we would get exclusive perks for the VIP event and it was by appointment only. So we made our appointment to return two days later and had pretty much everything narrowed down to what we wanted. We spent 4 hours making sure everything was just right. Tony was so professional, it's not often you come across a sales rep like him. He didn't feel pushy or sales-y, it felt like being informed by a family member or friend. Tony was super fun and friendly and most of all knowledgeable. It's incredible, there wasn't one piece in the store that he didn't know about. He's super confident and it was such a pleasure to work with him! We secured quite a few things while we were there. Tony worked with us so we could get the most bang for our buck, when we left we were satisfied with everything and how the process went. We ended up leaving with a sectional, entertainment pieces, a kids bedroom set, kids swivel chair, 2 new mattresses with sheets and 3 new pillows, a dining room set and an amazing water piece to hang in our new kitchen or living room! We got INCREDIBLE deals that were kind of hard to believe and our brand new couch even came with a FREE trip! So we are planning a trip to the Bahamas in 2 years, everything included we just have to pay for our own flights to get to Florida. I couldn't even believe it. Everything was so perfect! I love how they will hold the furniture until we leave and then the payments start a month after. We were not impressed only with Tony's skills, but the products that Ashley has to offer. We are again so impressed with Ashley, I don't think I could ever go anywhere else. I still have and love my bed/furniture set from there that I bought 3 years ago and we have absolutely no issues. Read moreClueless and lack of accountability. Yes those are the the prime words for my experience with this location. I ordered a media stand online. It was then delayed past the date we needed to receive it by. I called and spoke with headquarters and it was a foreign speaking person who had very broken English. I asked to be transferred to a US based location. They transferred me directly to this store. I spoke with the “ Manager” whose name was Mari. He assured me that the price i would be paying was $619 which was mush lower than the price i payed online. (Roughly $1350). He said they couldn’t lower the price anymore because i was already getting a great deal. I was very happy to hear about the $700-800 we would be saving. Mari ended the call with “Im the manager and thats the price you’ll be paying. When the stand was delivered i waited for the charge to go through beacause with credit cards they tend to pend for 2-3 days. Once the $1400 charge posted I called the store back to inquire about what we can do to adjust the price that the MANAGER said I would be paying. They transferred me to a different manager who apologized for the “miscommunication” as she proceed to call me “Hun” and say that there is nothing that can be done. With in home deliveries the return window is very short so im basically out of luck. After talking to Shawna and being called “Hun” which was extremely unprofessional she then said she could attempt to call headquarters to see what could be done. Now over a month has past. I have left her 3 separate messages and she has clearly been dodging my calls and messages. Im sorry but when someone says im the manager and thats the price you’ll be charged thats what you expect to see on your account. Very convenient for them that the return policy passed, they are unable to adjust the price and they also offered zero solutions to attempt to correct THEIR MISTAKE. There is zero way to email corporate and they will never get my business or anyone I knows business. Utter lack of accountability, communication and professionalism.
