This place is a joke! DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE!!! I purchased a bed from here on 5/22/20 and was told that it was not in stock if I wanted to pick up that day but could be delivered to me on 5/26/20 for an extra charge....hum? (Big red flag) I told the salesman that I did not want to have it delivered for an extra charge and he said that if I wanted to pick it up it would be delivered to the store on 5/29/20. I literally called all day to check the status and could not get through so I drove from Indiana to the store and when i got there they then informed me that there were only a few stores open nationwide so their phones werent working. They "checked" the computer to see if it was in the warehouse and of course couldnt find anything about it. Then informed me that the truck didnt run until that night and it would be in the warehouse for pickup on Saturday 5/30/20 and they would call and have delivery set up for free (since they screwed up) for Wednesday 6/3/20. NO CALL ON SATURDAY! They finally called on the day it was supposed to be delivered 6/3/20 and spoke to my husband and said the bed was there but the salesman didn't have authorization to have it delivered for free. My husband explained to the lady that the salesman gave us free shipping because he lied to our face in the damn store. Needless to say she set delivery up for today 6/10/20. Got the text that it would he here in 20 mins. Waited and NO DELIVERY. The delivery driver then calls me back and said he wasnt sure why it was set to be delivered to us today because he was DELIVERING IT TO THE STORE and they don't deliver to Indiana on Wednesdays. Now what? I cant call the store because their phones don't work! This will be the last trip to Bobs Furniture in Florence! Im going to get my money back and go elsewhere because they cant get anything right and are the most unprofessional business I have been to in a long time! Thanks for nothing Bobs furniture...MY CHILD whom the bed was bought for has been sleeping in the floor on her mattress for 3 weeks now because the bed was supposed to be available then! What a joke!
Update: It is now the following day that the bed was supposed to be delivered. I wanted to see if they would actually call me to at least aplogize for the inconvenience and set up a new delivery date...or something. NOTHING! They haven't even called! Wow!
Another update: It is now Friday, 2 days past day of delivery. NO CALL. So my husband went to the store to try and pick it up. The lady at the service desk went to look for the bed and came back to tell him that the bed had been shipped back to where it originally came from because we changed our address...wth? How did we do that when we only gave them our address once! And then of course the salesman had no recollection of us even being there. Mind you this was the 3rd trip to this store in 3 weeks! They then went on to tell him that they could get it back in by 6/26/20. OH I DONT THINK SO!! He got a refund and we will never be back there again. But one thing is for sure...BBB will know! Bob, if you want to keep a good business and a good reputation you need to make sure people are getting hired that actually work instead of sitting on the furniture all day long becoming more and more obese. If these idiots cant even get a bed right I cant even imagine how it would be for several pieces...

I Donāt even know where to start with the customer service with this company. The sale lady was nice and honest about the delayed delivery due to Covid, which was totally understandable and agreeable.
Ordered on Black Friday and was told a first week of January delivery date, ok end of December sales lady calls said it had been pushed back till late January.....ok. Called beginning of January and was promised delivery the last week of January.....wrong. Called again and she told us Mid February for sure.
Got the text of a message on Wednesday to clear our schedule for deliver today 02/13 Saturday...woo hoo cancelled family trip and lined up Goodwill to come get our old stuff for a donation.
02/12 get a text saying we will be there between 10am and 230pm. Well here we are on 2/13 and still no furniture.
Driver says Iām sitting in front of your house, I walk outside and no truck no where in sight and he hangs up on me. Call their customer service to find out what is going on and she looks it up and tells me that I called the local store that the corporate customer service will have to help. Iām put on hold, they answer and tell me he cannot reach the driver and will call me right back, an hour goes by and still no return call. Call their corporate customer service back after waiting and Iām on the phone with a guy from Guatemala for 1:36 minutes when he keeps telling me they are delivering. I ask for a supervisor and told he canāt get anyone else on phone because everything is done there through chat messaging. I then conference the Florence store in and the nice lady went out of her way to try to help even trying to talk the customer service gentleman through the process of putting in another request for delivery.
I then asked the local lady to please have a manager call me, guess what....no call from a manger. This place is a disgrace of a business. ZERO assistance from anyone even after paying for a āWhite Gloveā delivery. Everything at this company is 3rd partied all the way from customer service to the delivery service.
So here we are with no bedroom furniture after goodwill hauled my old stuff off this morning and nothing to sleep on.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give negative stars I would. This company is beyond horrible. In March 2020 delivery men broke my couch, when I called the same day, they said now it was out of stock. I went back and forth and back and forth with them trying to get a replacement. First they had to send techs out to verify the couch was indeed broken. They left staples all over my carpet, which I don't exactly see how that fits within the BobTastic Cleanup. At least I only stepped on one before seeing there were several left on my rug. Anyway, after they sent in pictures to verify the couch frame was broken, I was told numerous times the local store would get in touch with me about when it was back in stock to schedule a delivery. They never contacted me; I had to continually contact Bob's for in stock estimates. Then, when it was in stock, they told me they scheduled me for delivery, but did not clarify it was an add on and unlikely to be approved. They said they cannot reserve the item, so it went to someone else. This happened twice. I asked why can't they prioritize someone who has been waiting for several months? They had no real answer. I asked if this was normal and they said no, but at this point I doubt that with how horrendous their customer service is. Finally, I was able to get a delivery scheduled in December 2020. They picked the couch in the wrong color, so it went back to the warehouse. When I called again, big surprise, it was out of stock. I was so fed up at this point I told them I don't even want the couch anymore just give me a refund. They refused and told me company policy is to never give a refund, all they will do is offer $75 store credit. Finally just today I was able to have the couch replaced. I was with a broken couch for 11 months, not once did Bob's initiate contact to have the matter resolved even though their website says this and they promised to do so numerous times. I will never buy from them again. This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! The couch isn't even that nice, you think it's a good value based on price, but really it isn't. The fabric is rough and pills almost immediately. The white glove delivery is a total lie. VERY...
