I had a really bad experience when I got my ears pierced when I was younger. I was super hesitant to get my daughter's ears pierced because of how poor of an experience I had. I had expressed concern about the placement of my daughter's piercings. The girl was super sweet and chill and she reassured us over and over again and everything was going to work out great. She's sanitized the table and the equipment and I could tell she was being diligent even though I have no idea anything about piercings. When she marked where she was going to pierce the ears, she allowed not only myself and my daughter to check where she was going to pierce the ears she also let my husband. They made us feel like we weren't just a business transaction and that they really cared about the future of the piercing. They gave us information on how to clean the ears. Told us how long to leave the piercings in. The girl was just super personable. I really appreciate her and the manager on site. I'm pretty sure it was a general manager but she was really sweet to me even though I was over explaining and overly helpful and probably being annoying but I was stressing. I get a little feathery when I get stressed. You guys are amazing 10 out of 10...

We went to get my daughters ears pierced today. They were in the process of reorganizing and rearranging and you could barely walk through the store. I had to find someone to help me, which she was no help because it wasn't her job today to wait on customers. So we went to the piercing station where there was a lady assisting a little girl. So we were waiting patiently. An employee did come over but didnt once acknowledge that we were there. Just started putting on gloves. We walked out. I'd give them a big fat O if I could. Came in on Monday to get my right ear re-pierced. The girl working said she would have to charge me for 2 piercing kits. I ask her why it only takes 1 kits for 2 holes to be re- pierced. No it's 2 kits she insisted, which are $37 apiece. No it's one I'm only getting one side done. This went on for about 10 minutes. I was like pierce the bottom one.I'd come in today Friday to discuss the kit issue with the manager.Got here to Florence Mall at 11:25 store is closed!!
