People are nice, store is old fashioned, like back in the days of good service.

Online ordering is fast and easy, but don't expect your order to be shipped fast, even though that's what they say on the add. There's nothing FAST about it. I ordered several items online, expecting that like any other "fast and Free" ship to store service, that it would only take about 3 days to get all of the order, considering most of the order could be pulled right off of floor stock. But NO. Not only is the order going to take 10 or more days to receive, it's only part of the order because they have a back order. I suggest ONLY shopping IN STORE at their locations. Tired of waiting for the big box stores to ship appliances 2-4 weeks later because they don't stock anything? Then go to Courtney's- they may not have 20,000 different models of washing machines to look at, but they'll have a few to choose from that are in stock and that can be picked up or delivered that same day....generally at the same price or slightly less than the corporate behemoths.

This is an easy to find store in downtown Florence. Here you will find a very friendly staff that is happy to help you.
