They was very busy for a Thursday night. And they were short handed. It took forever to get to the menu to place my order, then another forever to get to the window to get my order. When I reached for my steamer box, she let go prematurely and I didn't have a good grip in, so the box broke and they dumped on the ground. So...I drove back around to get in line, to give them time to remake my order. Well, there were 2 cars in front of me with large orders. The cashier brought out my order and told me to back all the way out, since she didn't want me to have to wait on the cars with big orders. As I was backing out, a car was pulling up to order. At this point, there was no way out. So... with that being said, I had to wait in line anyway for about 30 minutes. Not complaining at all, like I said in the beginning, they were very short staffed. I feel like they did a very good job, considering the circumstances. Props to the Thursday night, 9-15-22, employees at...
Read moreThey took Krystal Burger out of Texas years ago. Ever since, there has been a hole in my heart that only Tiny little burgers could fill. Well, imagine my luck when I'm omw to Florida and I see a Krystal Burger ATTACHED TO A GAS STATION!! I thought my eyes were deceiving me. I knew what I must do. I cut across 4 lanes without signaling and got my butt into that drive through. Got a number 1 combo with cheese. The lady was so out of it she didn't even ask me my drink, she just gave me an untrustworthy sweet tea. But I did not care. I did not go there for drinks. I did not go there for tea. I went there... FOR TINY BURGERS 🍔. I was worried that after all these years I had built up the memory of these sweet savory burgers, but my worries were for nought, they were just as good (if not better) as I remember. Do yourself a favor, the next time you're craving fast food, stop messing around with inferior places. Stop at...
Read moreWent to Krystals about 3:00pm on 12/14/2024. As we walked into dining room a couple of employees came out and went to talk to someone in a pickup, ok could have been their break no problem. Got in dining room saw sign that only truck drivers are servlced in there, had an employee come out from back I asked if we could get service and were told to go through the drive thru and he then walked outside. Did not notice any other employees at that time. Our problem is that we do not let our children eat in the car. So we left and went to the Byram location. Our bill at Byram was apox. $35.00. If your dining room is not open to the public you need to have singage stating that outside so people know before going in. Also when employees saw us going in it would have been nice of them to tell us that the dining room was not open to us. I am now over my rant but very displeased with your store in...
